m just looking for encouragement, or maybe some positive stories about bleeding in the second trimester. I started spotting this morning, just really lightly when I wipe...and am kinda freaked out about this. I had some bleeding very early, week 5-6 of the pregnancy, but I'm 21 weeks 3 days now and I haven't seen blood in months. My OB's assistant says just to keep an eye on it, and call back if it gets heavier. Any of you have second trimester spotting and things turn out okay?

Its definitely normal in the first trimester, I had it!

Which trimester was the hardest to deal with ?

I have been cramping all night for the past few days now. At first I thought it was constipation but I have no problem going to the bathroom. I'm 30 weeks should I be concerned or is it normal?

m sure all could change though in the remaining 9 weeks I have left fingers crossed this wont be the case however!

For me though, I have just been soo exhausted! Second trimester i had soo much energy but now its like I barely have any. First trimester i was a bit tired, but third its way more lol. Also, ive been having more of my belly button hurting (which i heard is just the uterus expanding to make room for baby). Those are really the big two i have went through. My acid reflex came back this week (im 33 weeks now).

Its nothing to worry about the second and third trimester is when you gain the most weight. Some women actually lose weight in the first. Just concentrate on eating proper nutrition and your doc will mention if you begin to gain too much or aren't gaining enough.

i have 2 more days till im in the 2nd trimester.....my doc also told me it was 13 weeks that started the 2nd trimester!!!!!

For most ladies all thay happens is you get a break from all the horrible things that happen in your 1st trimester and it's where you should take advantage and have fun because in the 3rd trimester most are usually too big and too tired to do anything.

m never well lol but I heard that all goes always in the second trimester and you are full of energy and feel yourself again

t be huge so you will feel pretty (at least I did), enjoy it while it last cause in the third trimester around 30 weeks is when things start to get hard!

How common is it to lose a baby in the second trimester? I've already lost two in the first tri.. worried about losing my daughter. Ill be 15 weeks monday.. and constatly having dreams about miscarrying.. going for an ultrasound and no heartbeat.

Also I DID stop vomiting 2nd trimester with my 1st...and briefly during the 2nd trimester with my 2nd, although it came back in the 3rd with #2...but with this pregnancy I've been sick the whole time..again, it just seems to depend.

Im 23Weeks and besides the light cramps second trimester has been good to me!

So most women say that they start feeling better entering in the second trimester. So I'm praying it happens to me also!. I'm only 13+2, but the ending of the 12th week into my 13th seemed like the worse. My body has been so sore I've been so constipated, even though I drink endless amounts of water. So many headaches, and I just feel like I want to lay down all day and not do anything. Did you start feeling better entering your second trimester?.

Haha I felt the same way after getting out of the first trimester.

In about 20 minutes I will offically be in the second trimester! I'm just 4-6 weeks away from finding out what I am having!

I thought after you hit the second trimester your peeing wasn't suppose to be so dramatic because your uterus moves up and away from your bladder. I feel like all I do is pee I am 16w today and am so sick of peeing! Lol.

What to expect in third trimester, no sleep, can't get comfortable, hip pain, constapation, no energy, Hungry, my morning sickness came back with a vengeance! I can not wait for labor, even though it definitely hurts. It means a end to all this madness lol.. good luck hope your pregnancy is going better than mine..
