18334869 tn?1464084557 Lyme not a sentence! Poland is applied in the treatment Dipsacus fullonum in combination with Lathraea squamaria. Lathraea squamaria is being used by us to neurological problems which often appear from Lyme, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's diseases and many others. In practice the 90% is coming back to the health of 6-12 months. And every good herbalist it knows. Andrzej translate.
Avatar n tn I hope it's not a death sentence! I am a genotype 1a grade 3 stage 3/4. By 26 weeks I still hadn't reached undetectable, so 3 diferent Dr.s in 3 different hospitals said STOP treatment. And I did back in November. I was on weekly doses of procrit too. Well today I am feeling 98% better. I also have NASH. I know this is a silent disease, but worrying about it will not make it better.
Avatar f tn I had my Gallbladder remove on April 24 2011. I had been having pain in the stomach area at least a year before. The surgeon said he did not find anything, so he checked my gallbladder and found stones. I expected to have pain from the surgery, but not experience pain all the time..I went to my doctor this week, and he said the pain could last up to a year or more. It hurts all the time, but if I eat any food or take any medication I can feel the pain as soon as I swallow.
1000946 tn?1253807847 When I called in this time the dr told me to see a lung specialist to get a breathing test so that they have some information on my breathing. When they told me I had this, I asked do I need a specialist and they said no, not til you have symptoms....ugh.
Avatar f tn I just have an app on my cell to make it easier. Real contractions feel kind of like cramps but worse. Braxton Hicks will stop after a while and shouldn't be at regular intervals. They say braxton don't hurt but sometimes mine do. My mom told me with my first child that if you are doing something like taking and then have contractions you stop mid sentence because of the pain. But my water broke first then my contractions started so I knew for sure I was in labor.
Avatar f tn Didn't finish my sentence just to make sure if there contractions or not! Good luck keep us updated!
Avatar m tn No it's not a death sentence! I got Covid in early 2020. The original version before all the mutations. I was 66 years old when I got it and I suffer from migraine and IBS with some heart arrythmias. None of those conditions are life threatening though, I admit. But basically I wasn't feeling too great before I got Covid. I got an intense feeling of being unwell at first (slight nausea.
479957 tn?1270411105 Since no doctor has even suggested a diagnosies, let alone a cure, we (desperate family) are taking matters in our own hands and shopping for a procedure. This is the story in a very, very tiny nutshell. The suffering at the hands of med science is another story we could write. They seem to think that suffering won't kill you so why inconvience the office or hospital routine, not to mention the insurence co's.
Avatar f tn Bear in mind that a lot of what you read on the internet is written by people who are not satisfied with their treatment and are not textbook cases (virtually all of us on this forum). People who have good doctors and take their pill once a day and feel well don't get on forums to brag about how great they feel. I have Hashi's, too. I think you're overreacting.
Avatar f tn She wasn’t even going to do a biopsy of any kind but just did in case. So does this mean that I have a high risk strand? I have never had any sort of genital warts like some with low risk strands say they have seen. I was also advised to get the Gardasil shot? But why? If I have a high risk strand?
Avatar f tn Simply put, CHF, by itself, is not a death sentence. However, uncontrolled symptoms can be. CHF basically means your heart isn't able to pump enough blood to remove the fluids from your body. I have had CHF for about 3 1/2 years, and the most dangerous symptom of all seems to be fluid retention. Mainly because the disease is notorious for filling the lungs with fluid, making it hard to breathe.
Avatar m tn I feel like I have been given a death sentence. That my life goals are shot because I will not find a man who will accept me and want to be with me after he hears what I have. I know if I would have known I would not have slept with him. Not yet at least. I just want to crawl in a hole and disappear. Does this get better? Will I be alone for the rest of my life? And no, I don't want to join a "dating with herpes" website.
5807499 tn?1383275275 I certainly feel the cramping, but its not enough to make me cry or stop me in the middle of a sentence. I have an appointment on Wednesday. Safe to say its just braxton hicks?
6470732 tn?1439556292 When my cycle was 10 days late but I was in denial, when I took the first pregnacy test, was still in denial, I told my bf they were wrong. That all ended when I went to the dr. Lol.
1436268 tn?1283692683 This almost sounds like a huge insurance scam in the making. In the UK, if a patient arrives at hospital suffering a heart attack, they are given emergency angioplasty, to save their lives. For those with angina, the case is put to a weekly meeting of top Cardiologists who evaluate each case and decide the best approach. Until the case is discussed, the patient is stabilised as best as possible on medication. How is it done in the states?
427564 tn?1210287922 t feel each contraction, they just feel tightness. What I did was sit down on the couch with paper and a clock (with a seconds hand). You time the contractions from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next. If they are 5-7 minutes apart for an hour and moving around does not get them to stop, you should go to the hospital. Call and talk to someone before you rush out, though.
Avatar f tn If this helps, bertie, I think you're doing the math a little wrong. MaterniT21 labs refuse to publish their rate of "false positives". So while they say they catch 95% of Trisomy 18 babies, and return a positive in cases where the mother is carrying a Trisomy 18 baby, they don't tell you how many mothers also got the positive who went on to have healthy babies. They're kind of playing fast and loose with statistics.
Avatar f tn It was a standard MRI with MS protocol and the neuro was not looking for anything in particular (especially in the brainstem or cerebellum), it was more to give me a baseline with the protocol for future reference.
Avatar f tn Thank you Dee for answering back. Just realized in my 2nd post, that I forgot to add one important sentence...it is not that I took more than I should at all, it was just the medicine the hospital discharged me with that the PM knew I was going to take was so very strong, so after a few days on it, I tried one day to just take my normal PM medicine to see if it worked for this kind of injury, and it was manageable for most times.
19890616 tn?1486067380 I have a cough that I thought was post nasal drip related (been dealing with this for MONTHS). I can't get thru a sentence without the need to cough, or clear my throat. Also, it is almost like I run out of air mid-sentence. It is embarrassing. The doctors I have seen can't figure it out - they put me on Antibiotics, steroids, gave me an inhaler and nasal spray. Nothing works. Any advice? I am a talker and a singer and I can't do either which is making me very depressed.
16702 tn?1234090645 It makes my heart sing when I hear of others treating cancer as a chronic disease instead of a death sentence. When I was first dxed in 2004 when my twins were born, I was ready to plan my own funeral and would have nice long discussions about this horrible possibility that drove my husband up a wall. After my second reoccurance, I learned that I could live with cancer off and on and treat it like a chronic disease.
Avatar f tn Effexor is like any other drug in it's class, it has major sexual side effects. Being bipolar is rough at times. Sometimes the combination of drugs might not be the right fit. My pdoc is really anti SSRI/SNRI as they have the side effects you have mentioned. There are a lot of mood stabilizers that can do a better job. All drugs have risks, but I've been in your shoes, and switched over to MS's from AD's and feel a ton better (mostly).
