You definately want to see at least a family doc for this because of the elevated b/p which is easily remedied and won;t cost you 2K. A family practitioner is fairly inexpensive and just tell them you are on a tight budget, dont have insurance and can't afford a bunch of expensive tests and let them make the call for you but regardless if your b/p is climbing and you are experiencing rapid heart rates you need to be seen for your own well being.

I found out the doctor I got here runs a pill mill and when I asked questions, he dropped me. Social Security won`t help, welfare won`t help, free clinic won`t help and the doctor that put me on methadone just called and said he won`t take me back. I have never abused my medication and have done everything I`ve been told to do. I can`t even find a doctor to take me because of the methadone. Pain clinics want $450.00 just to walk in the door.

Also, a lot of the drugs suggested by members are not found in the USA. And people keep on mentioning Fibroscan, which is something I am unable to find in the US.

At the end of that month I`ll be ready to put down the electronic cigarette because I won`t be getting anything at all out of it. well it,s been 2 months off the meds but the chronic pain proved to be too much,cortzone shots don,t help nor does physical therapy,the docs werequick to write out a script in which i obliged,i thought i could take the pain,but spending time lying on the couch is too much,so back on the meds ,listen to the half wit doc say shots in my back will help ,,,they won,t. asecond opinion says disc decompression would help ,but my insurance won,t cover it .........

yThey´re supposed to give notice when leaving, but we´ve had about 5 different people in the last 2 years who won´t even say goodbye. They just don´t come back after their free weekends. Hey Meki your right about the education.That's what our letter was about.Education.The hands the letter fell into really took charge.She even sent me a letter to let me know my letter was coming.They really don't have a clue.I also told them,(insurance member appeal dept),that after transplant you still have to be treated for HCV.I will also send a Thank You letter and will inform them further.I have had three top notch Drs. tell me , The sooner you treat the better the outcome.

Hi. This is an old post, but have you found out anything about visceroptosis and it's treatment? I have it and doctors won't believe me or do anything. They don't listen to me when I explain about it. I've told them a standing scan will show but they don't know anything about the condition or its treatment. I regard myself as pretty articulate despite the occasional grammar or spelling blip. However something has been happening to me over the last 2 years there seems to be some kind of gap between my thought process and the written word. I keep writing the word "have as help" and I will use "one" and "won" interchangably. When writing sentences I'm also missing out very important words like "not" or "the".

I switched from Prozac to Pristiq when my Prozac pooped out on me after 20 years. I have OCD with panic disorder and was in a bad way with horrible panic and anxiety. The Pristiq worked well but slow. My Doc raised my doses in 50 ml increments until I got up to 200 ml. I felt better little bits at a time but it really kicked in at 200 ml. It goes slow but it does work. Don't give up on it too soon. Don't be afraid to go up in dosage a little bit at a time.

So I'm being induced this morning after baby had decreased fetal movement during biophysical profile yesterday. My doctor did strip membranes during the visit in hopes that would send me into labor. I had contractions for a few hrs, but unfortunately they have stopped. I'm 3 cm dilated and 80% effaced...have been for 3 weeks. All depends on where your placenta is positioned. If it's anterior (at the front) then you may not feel much, if it's at the back you should be feeling some kicks and movement by now, but won't be consistent yet.
