My husband and I are trying to conceive. My ovulation was the 6th of June. I am not sure if it took or not, and I am wondering if it is safe to still have an orgasm, with or without intercourse. I am afraid that the contractions that come along with orgasm may stop the implantation stage or interfere with something else causing miscarriage.

Dear Friends, during my ovulation i normally feels pain in my lower Abdomen either right or left. Please i am worried couse i don't know if its normal or not. and again during the ovulation is it the thick strentch that appears that is the main peak day or after 2 days of it. and again i was told by my friend that after my ovulation i should not have sex with my spouse until the months ends. so that the penis will not affect the eggs if it has already formed.

Hello, my name is Keri. Once in a while, it seems during ovulation, or a week before my period I start to feel nausea. This has decreased some, since I have been trying to do gluten free and dairy free. I had blood tests run for numerous things, and the Gyn also ran some tests to see if possible Ovarian cancer. All the tests came back fine. They think that it may be perimenopausal? does this sound possible. I am 39.

Hi! If you were my patient, I would advise you that a woman is only fertile for about 24 hours per month, during the time immediately prior to an during ovulation. The tricky part is that sperm can live in the woman's system for up to 5-7 days. SO, intercourse, as much as a week before ovulation can result in pregnancy. Hope that helps!

Could be uterine contractions. Oxytocin (the hormone that makes you orgasm) is responsible for contractions when you go into labor. Practice contractions post orgasm are totally normal although not always comfortable! Drink some water and lay down for a while to relax them away.

ve had 2 miscarriages, anyway, i am 6 weeks pregnant at the moment, and i know discharge increases during pregnancy, but when i went to have a shower, i noticed a blob of stretchy clear discharge on my underwear, exactly like the discharge during ovulation. If you believe that your ovulation was around the 20, and you had intercourse around that time, it is very possible that that man is the father. If you had intercourse with anyone else during that cycle, it would be pretty much impossible to sort out who the father is without a DNA test. If he was the only man you were with during that time, it is fairly certain. Good luck!

Like the others said, make sure that you do not take the progesterone before Ovulation. If you take it from AF to ovulation it can prevent the follicle from rupturing and can cause cysts and you wont ovulate. So you only take it after you know absolutly for sure that you have ovulated. I take evening primrose oil, but you only take it from AF to ovulation to help increase CM. You cant take it after ovulation because it can acutally cause uterine contractions.

intercourse should be when every u want lol but during ovulation u would wanna do it 2days before and the day of and after to be on the safe side

I'm just wondering if anyone has had period like cramping during ovulation? I believe I'm about to ovulate, and I'm having an achy cramp, not quite as bad as period cramps but enough to notice they're there. I'm just starting to get a change in CM, and I have not gotten a positive OPK yet, but I'm sure I'm going to be ovulating within the next few days, any input?? Thanks in advance!
