Any suggestions to make them go away?
I had contractions with my second for a little over a month before they finally induced me 11 days overdue. They were sometimes constant, but didn't intensify or stay constant. They told me they were Braxton hicks because they're definition of Braxton hicks is any kind of contractions, dull or painful, that are not putting you into active labor.
I think you should at least call the only reason I say that is I am 33w4 and Friday night I was also getting non stop sharp pains in my lower abdominal and also what felt like contractions here and there they had me go in and kepet me over night I was having real contractions they wanted to make sure baby was OK.
I was hospitalized yesterday for having contractions at 31 weeks & 4 days. After no dialation yesterday when they checked me or this morning, they said it was just stong braxton hicks and sent me home with medicine to keep the contractions away, because it is tooo early for any of that! I was suprised to feel pain with Braxton HIcks so early. Could this mean labor may be sooner than I expected? I havent lost my plug or has any unusual discharge, no blood or anything, just the contractions.

The previous commenter is right, if you water broke you do need to go into the hospital but that doesn't mean you are necessarily in labor. When you will be in labor is anyone's guess, your need to have contractions with cervical change to be in labor, by the definition. Good luck!
Lol well your nurse is just telling you she's kinda far up and that for her to be engaged with her being far up can be worrie some but not yet give it time if she is still very posterior or far up when you go into labor (which if I were to put Monet on I would say she won't be) then your doc will try moving her down b4 labor but the contractions will mover her too don't stress momma your doing just fine your Lil girl is just fickle lol

You need to do cardio at least every day! 30-40 minutes. You also need to do strength training at least two times per week. Eat small meals at least five to six times a day. Women can keep their metabolisms running more efficiently and burn more fat and calories throughout the day by spacing meals and snacks three to four hours apart.
Ok ladies here is my update and I am one unhappy mommy! After 3 days of contractions some contraction contractions others just Bh contractions I decided to go into ld. When I got here they were 4-5min apart which they have been pretty much for those 3 days but would always stop. Well turns out I was 3cm and 50% effaced. They gave me a steroid shot for baby girls lungs and admitted me. After 16hrs or contractions I finally got my second and last steroid shot.
