My glucometer allows me to download the past 500 glucose tests I've taken to an excel document. Can I, now or in future, import that information directly to my diabetes tracker so I can have a broader data stream to better understand my stats?

Okay, a while ago I asked some of you guys for info on home-based business because, well........ with the economy the way it is and recession over our heads, I was getting worried. For my own use I save it using the settings on my computer and then if I wish to forward my spreadsheets to other offices that use excel I also save my spreadsheet in excel and e mail to them the saved Excel version. It prints fine, the only thing I have not figured out yet is how to get the program to leave a space beside a picture if one is inserted into the body of a letter for example. The program prints fine.

It would be great to be able to download tracker info to Excel. Would help to see meal averages in Diabetes tracker (like how often do I go below XX before dinner?

BMI calculator says I should loose more weight than I planned. I'm 5'9, 198 lbs and I want to get to 170. At 170 the online BMI calculator says I will still beconsidered overweight. Not sure I want to loose that much weight. any advice?

Talk with a personal trainer or use the free online calculator to find your personal maintenance caloric intake, then add 500 or more to that total. Spread these calories out over 5 to 8 small meals throughout the day.

Just for the heck of it, I stuck this in Excel to see what would happen. A few interesting, but not surprising things emerged. For example, most of our members are newly dx'd with almost three quarters getting their dx in 2007 or 2008. A somewhat more surprising trend is that 56% only saw one neuro before getting dx'd and 36% got their dx in less than a year from symptom onset. The majority of members have RRMS.

It's located in the Pregnancy Community, so if you join the community, it'll show up in your Shortcuts. Then you'll be able to quickly go to the community and click Trackers & Calculators to access the calculator. If you're referring to the Ovulation Tracker, the tracker should already be on your home page.

I made my own using an Excel spreadsheet. Takes some time to set up, but it’s more thorough and accurate than anything I could find online.

please let your body induce labor on it's own...if your due date calculator is right you're only 32 weeks 6 days?? While yes babies can and do survive before 36 weeks quite frequently, you do not want to try to induce early labor unless your doctor has indicated a medical need to. You need to be at least 36 weeks before most doctors will allow you to continue delivery; in other words, most doctors will give you medicine to stop contractions even if you manage to start them this early.
