193609 tn?1292180293 I just did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD. OMG It about killed me! It takes about 25 minutes to complete. All you need is the DVD and a set of weights...I used 3lb weights and thought i was going to die!!! They have two people doing the exercises....one is for more advanced exercisers and the other is for beginners! Even the beginner workout is really hard and you will know you worked out when you are done! I feel great though, knowing I got a workout in!!!

I need to work at Zen. :) Plus I normally do a workout video & jog to stay in shape but after I found out I was prego I stopped cuz my last two pregnancies I miscarried. But I'm finding I need some kind of outlet for my witchyness so I need a low impact workout.

There is also a program called, Friends of the Library. This programs has people donating books, magazines, dvd's or videos where as the public can purchase a hardback book for $1.00 and paper backs for .50 cents. The magazines are free, I beleive the dvd's and videos are $1.

Avatar f tn So, I've just turned 28 weeks entering my 3rd trimester and I think I gained a little too much weight! I've heard the Brazilian butt lift dvd is safe during pregnancy. Does this mean it's safe to start during last trimester, too? For those of you not sure what it is, it's mainly a lunging exercise. I just don't want to put too much stress on my body or hurt the baby. Any advice would be great.
Avatar f tn I agree that you should eat as few processed foods as possible. I don't agree that you need to invest in a guided fitness plan. Look up some yoga videos or pilates, etc... even "walk" videos, where you walk to a DVD... love doing those, when I can't get outside.

Well, anyways, the videos repeat words through play with toys, which you can do on your own too. They repeat sounds as well. Like ba ba ba ball while a ball is going down a toy. And just playing with sounds in general, with or without words.
