I do construction and currently 10 weeks and have done it since day 1. My question is, is it ok to be doing the heavy lifting, going up and down ladders all day. Power tools and all... ??

Pus means there is an infection, and at this point I would see your doctor. You may have something embedded in your knee that you know nothing about, and until that is removed it will stay infected. A friend of mine woke up with extreme pain on one side of his stomach and when he went to the hospital they found a piece of metal embedded in his stomach. He was in construction years prior to this and still doesn't recall any incident where this could have happened.
I spotlight at a dinner theater, so I have to climb 3 different ladders 4 times a day and on double days I have to climb it 8 times. And the docs told me after 3 months "No more climbing" it's too much strain on your uterus. As far as carrying heavy objects... They say if you did it before continue on until you feel the first real strain. I carry 30-40lbs of plates, food, and lids on a tray several times a day and I'm doing just fine.

Of course it is. Low impact exercise is recommended throughout your pregnancy. Just don't try to push yourself to go further than you can realistically go. Your body won't try to expell your baby.

I was taken out a month after I was born (nowhere serious) and I ended up inhaling something around a construction site that paralyzed me and I was in the hospital from a month and a half to a year old... it was just bad timing.... but the other day I saw this mom friend of mine take her 1 week old to bingo... I was kinda taken back, but only because of my experience.....how soon is too soon to take baby out, not camping of course theres always next year.
Okay so my boyfriend is in school right now for construction and said he wants to build her crib himself... I really dont know what to think of it. I trust him i know that he could do it but idk if that would exactly be the best option.. What do you ladies think? Would you let him do it or go out and just buy one from the store?

You are amazing. I have never heard of ANYONE going out and doing "construction work" on day THREE of WD. You are really tough! You will be fine. You have strength and what seems like an iron will. You can look forward to easier and easier days.

dr Vinod---my weight is around 180--I take 2 75mg a day to help with the pain and swelling in my knees---seems to help--had the left one scoped in august but it still swells up--not much cartilage left in either knee----thanks for your input
I’m concerned about exposure to construction dust leading to silicosis. I work in a theater that’s been under construction for a few months. They are installing new stadiums and seats. I know they are drilling/jackhammering concrete, mixing concrete and other general construction tasks like that. I try to be careful to avoid the areas where the construction is heaviest but some times my tasks force me to move through them.

The magnetic style safety-key disengaged without issue when a user drifted toward the end of the running belt, which stopped the motor and running belt as expected.
