I had scarlet fever as a child in the mid 70s, I was very sick for a long long time as I was miss diagnosed by 3 or more drs, I haven't had a great time in my life when it comes to fever's, I still have hallucination fever's in my mid 40s, does it effect your long term health?

I can see Fifth disease to still be possible, because it may act differently in adults than kids. But I don't think it could be scarlet fever at all.
