Unfortunatly my parents are going to Palm Springs this weekend and we have a cocktail party to go to so we need a sitter. A month ago a called my husbands cousin who is at the University, to see if she could sit. She said yes. Last week she calls to tell me that she and her roommates are having a party now that night, so she can't do it. Boooo! My back-up... a family friend who also goes to the University. She calls me last night to tell me she can't sit now! Grrr....

Yep, that is my association with the tea party other than what I witness here which is also unimpressive. So, all the tea party is is an extension of the republican party and one they will disassociate with before the next presidential election, I am guessing. We will see how far off I am.

I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!

I have been counting down the days until the 28th, it will be the day we find out what we are having!! OMG Im super excited.. and then the hubby drops a bomb on me... We are having a gender reveal party on May 3rd...and he thinks we should be suprised too because we're both REALLY bad liars..5 freaking days seems like an eternity right now! I will put it this way. Christmas time is hell because we usually cant wait to tell each other what we got each other.

just the other day I was on here complaining how my baby barely moves and well yesterday I turned 25 weeks n my baby been moving nonstop since yesterday is that normal ?

One is super religous (Jehovah Witness) and the other is super laid back but stressed... Please help me.

No questions, just complaining to those that understand lol. I'm now 3 days overdue with boy #2. Still at work since I don't want to waste my vacation time. I'm 4 days away from not being able to have a water birth :( Getting induced Monday morning if he doesn't come on his own. But damn, I'm 4cm dilated and 100% effaced... You'd think this party would be started if not over already!

How childish!!! And we have seen each other once since the gender reveal party (where she talked out of place)....and she knows now that i heard her whole comment cuz my hubby and his brother blew up at her for acting an *** at dinner. She also favors little boys and i have two stepsons that are from my hubbys first Marriage that she adores. I just want her to accept the name we have chose....its not like Im namibg her Beatrice or Agatha or something wierd.....wth??!!!!

Was in a great mood for all of an hour. Not one person remembered my birthday here. My dad started complaining about work and my grandmother called me complaining that i didnt water her plants for one day! My kids have beem crabish all day and my 11 yr old wont listen. I just cant wait to crawl into bed this evenong and get this day over with. Im missing my mother so mich right now i feel like crying. I know its just anotherday but it hurts my own family didnt even remember my birthday.

I think it's gracious that she's willing to buy dip for everyone, so it looks like the party is hosted. The rule of thumb is, when you invite people (especially if they're bringing gifts) you host a party and not make people purchase their food. The restaurant is in a tricky position here - they certainly don't want to host a large party where only a few people choose to buy something.

So since I found out I was pregnant I've been looking on craigslist and eBay to help me find used baby things to buy for the baby, we're on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining.

Definitely know how you feel. I'm 38 weeks and my son moves for hours at a time.

So far everything is turning out better than I expected. I had nothing planned when all of a sudden a friend of my husband's called him last week to let us know the party will be at her house & she will do everything for the baby shower. The only things my husband & I will buy is the food & invitations everything else will be provided for us.

Hi everyone, Thanks for your thoughts. I took the hpt this morning and got a BFN!!!! This is so discouraging. With all my symptoms I was sure I got lucky this time. I guess it's just not meant to be. I shouldn't be complaining, I was able to have 3 beautiful children. I just really wanted to have one more! Sorry, I'm having a pity party...I'll get over it eventually.
