Unfortunatly my parents are going to Palm Springs this weekend and we have a cocktail party to go to so we need a sitter. A month ago a called my husbands cousin who is at the University, to see if she could sit. She said yes. Last week she calls to tell me that she and her roommates are having a party now that night, so she can't do it. Boooo! My back-up... a family friend who also goes to the University. She calls me last night to tell me she can't sit now! Grrr....

I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!

just the other day I was on here complaining how my baby barely moves and well yesterday I turned 25 weeks n my baby been moving nonstop since yesterday is that normal ?

No questions, just complaining to those that understand lol. I'm now 3 days overdue with boy #2. Still at work since I don't want to waste my vacation time. I'm 4 days away from not being able to have a water birth :( Getting induced Monday morning if he doesn't come on his own. But damn, I'm 4cm dilated and 100% effaced... You'd think this party would be started if not over already!

Was in a great mood for all of an hour. Not one person remembered my birthday here. My dad started complaining about work and my grandmother called me complaining that i didnt water her plants for one day! My kids have beem crabish all day and my 11 yr old wont listen. I just cant wait to crawl into bed this evenong and get this day over with. Im missing my mother so mich right now i feel like crying. I know its just anotherday but it hurts my own family didnt even remember my birthday.

I think it's gracious that she's willing to buy dip for everyone, so it looks like the party is hosted. The rule of thumb is, when you invite people (especially if they're bringing gifts) you host a party and not make people purchase their food. The restaurant is in a tricky position here - they certainly don't want to host a large party where only a few people choose to buy something.

So since I found out I was pregnant I've been looking on craigslist and eBay to help me find used baby things to buy for the baby, we're on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining.

Definitely know how you feel. I'm 38 weeks and my son moves for hours at a time.

So far everything is turning out better than I expected. I had nothing planned when all of a sudden a friend of my husband's called him last week to let us know the party will be at her house & she will do everything for the baby shower. The only things my husband & I will buy is the food & invitations everything else will be provided for us.

Hi everyone, Thanks for your thoughts. I took the hpt this morning and got a BFN!!!! This is so discouraging. With all my symptoms I was sure I got lucky this time. I guess it's just not meant to be. I shouldn't be complaining, I was able to have 3 beautiful children. I just really wanted to have one more! Sorry, I'm having a pity party...I'll get over it eventually. soo theres a party bout 3-4 houses down across the street nd i can har the music bumpin! the bass is killin me! its so annoying! im in the living room nd i even have the tv loud nd still here it! i no its ganna be worse wen i go to my room to lay down cuz my rooms on the side nd i sleep wit my window open or else my room will be stuffy nd ill wake up in the night paniking -_- its just so annoying! never use to mind it before...

I'm going to a party tonight,now I've got the good results on my liver I'm having thoughts that a couple of drinks won't hurt how do you stop these destructive thoughts,I know I can never drink alcohol again but sometimes I feel I can taste the alcohol in my mouth,my mouth waters at the thought 90 days was easy how do I now keep it going.

now that im withchild all I do is stay home. Im not complaining Its just amazing how my baby is the only reason I would stop smoking or drinking. Im proud of myself. I know a lot of mothers who can't stop their bad habits. I have less than a week for my surgery and once im healed SOMEBODY BETTER THROW ME A PARTY WITH A WHOLE LOT OF BOOZE... LOLi joke ... proud of my willpower. But to be honest I miss my social weekend.
