complaining on the boss

Okay, so I work full time and I can't lose my job. However I struggle with concentrating and memory. I forget to do things often and very suddenly. I can tellt his really annoys my co-worker who does not know about my bipolar. This co-worker is above me in importance, not a boss but sort of a supervisor. I don't really want her to know about my bipolar, but I also don't want her to go stomping off to my actual boss complaining.

Im not complaining about them being good to me. Its just everyday the go off on me about something diff. I think honestly im just worn out from.it. in general. Thank u ladies for ur replies!

t stressed enough about having to pay for it, I got a bill yesterday from the hospital for the thyroid sonogram (which by the way came back completely normal) for $600. This blows. I just don't want to spend this kindof money on these things. I like to hord my money and spend it on fun things. LOL.

I feel exactly the same way you do.. I'm 37+2. I don't want to do anything but lay in bed. All the pains are horrible. I couldn't walk the other day due to back pain. I want her out but then I think the longer she's in there the healthier shell be. I have a 4 yr old son and I'm at a pizza arcade place right now but ugh I have no energy. LOL. Not to much longer.

I'm 32 weeks and I work at landfill, my boss is complaining I'm lazy because I don't have the get up and as I did before. Its really starting to make me mad because he'll just sit in office and complain about all the work he has to do. I'd like to think that hes just sad guy who life is bad, but at same time he's a daddy and I'm sure if someone where to treat his wife this way there would be a problem.

So not only am I suffering in the experiencing of the symptoms, but multiplying the effect by describing and complaining about them to others in the present and after the fact. So for one month, I won't mention my symptoms or utter the letters MS to my husband. He knows I have MS. I don't have to keep reminding him every single freaking day. If someone else asks how I am, I'll say fine, how are you. And if they ask it with that pitying expression, I won't take the bait.

I'm ok with lifting heavy stuff and I'm already not allowed to touch the chemicals or cleaning stuff -_- unless it's the mop or broom and I just started showing ...

I'm 28 weeks 3 days and even though the pool isn't always the cleanest because of all the kids at the apartments, I'm still in it on a daily basis.

Funny thing is, both me and one of my MS Friends (lives near me) are also having the same thing going on! My legs and left arm are so very week and it is kinda scary becasue I do not know that I recall them being quite this bad before. OH YA...The FATIGUE! Lets just say that for the last (4) days I have not seen day or out of the bed until after 3pm....This in turn makes me feel like a piece of crap and guilty for sleeping so long.

So since I found out I was pregnant I've been looking on craigslist and eBay to help me find used baby things to buy for the baby, we're on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining.

Every state has a civil rights department you can call and they can advise you on this, even put you in touch with a free or affordable lawyer. That is wrong. And if he straight up said its because you're pregnant, then he is liable for a lawsuit against not only him but the company you work for. I had the same issue with my job. They tried to tell me after 12 weeks of unpaid leave I won't have a job, they can't do that.

My legs were numb and my back was killing me, so I decided that it would be easier to sit on the floor in front of the machines to load the washer. Everything went pretty good until it came time for me to get up. I could not. My legs did not want to work with me. After getting mad. I thought about my baby on my bed and I knew that I had to get up. I could not leave him there until someone came home 4 hours later. I thought of the show Lassie and began hollering for my dog Diamond.

Is the owner your boss or is his mom your boss? If you aren't sure, ask the owner. If he says "I'm your boss," then say to him that you are having a problem with his mother interfering with your ability to do your work in a professional manner. Use language like "I am trying to maintain a professional tone and she tells me that I am expected to prevent the therapists from accessing the desk when they need something," etc. etc.

ve been dealing with consistent back pain, rib pain, being tired all the time but at night not being able to sleep, and baby on my bladder also! Hopefully he's comfy! lol I'm 26 days away from my due date, so it will be over somewhat soon :) you didn't say how far along you are, but hopefully you're close also! It seems like it will be the only thing to make the discomfort go away! Good luck!

My boss knows my bf because we all use to work at the same place. 2 months ago my boss saw my bf at the track and asked him to come to work here and then my boss changed his mind. My boss was drunk when he asked my bf to work here. My bf wants to come to work here and I told my boss to hire him. My boss said yes. So we will see what happens on Monday. My plan is to get the first job I applied for and work from 6:30 am to 1pm then walk over to this job and work until I'm ready to drop.

You should try to find to go on leave to make minimize the toll the stress is taking on you and the baby. Maybe the doctor can help you in that sense but remember, first comes youand the baby.... Work is not a priority right now.

Your boss is a complete ****... worse than that a bully and knows exactly the effect he/she has on people... i couldn't tell you what I would do in your situation - it's unprintable... in the meantime, so glad you are looking for another job - you need to get out of there... I on the other hand would have been arrested by now.. sorry, it just makes me angry...

I'm stuck at work too and was not able to watch. We all tried to watch on the internet, but it wouldn't work! UGH! My boss called in to say she was staying home to watch the inauguration and then she was coming in - now why couldn't she have allowed all of us to do that? The office we're in is an administrative office for the Utah dental market. It's not like we have visitors. Nobody needs to answer the phones for a little while!

Hi Jodie Have recently had my left eye cataract removed, my honest opinion is that the whole experience was total rubbish. Met my surgeon in theatre had sever post op issues and after a week of complaining and visits to A&E eventually got an appointment on arrival only got to see the apprentice who was to say the least playing cya for his boss. In short get a stand by ticket and get your eyes sorted stateside.

I've been dilated at a 6 since last Monday and baby is at station +1. Docs said they thought I would be back within 2 days to deliver because she is so low, and because I'm dilated so far. I wish she would come already! I had to stop working because they thought I wouldn't make it to the hospital in time to deliver...but LO is staying put. I'm burning up all my sick time and I feel just fine...it sounds crazy, but I wish I could go back to work until she arrives...

So theres 16 hours i didnt ask to work that i work.. and even better.. on the 25th she has me on from 3-11 and then from 11-7 the 26th.. WELL i drive an hour.. to and from work.. and it takes me an hour and 15 minutes to get ready and get everything ready for work. so thursday night I will get home at midnight.. probably go to sleep around 12:30 and then have to be up by 8:30 to come back to work on Friday! 8 hours of sleep.. and then back to the grind..
