complaining letter format

For all you old timers, do you remember the much simpler peach colored format we used to have on the form of yester-year? I personally loved it, it was much simpler, much less busy and much easier on the eyes. The new blue format is sensory overload to me. Just curious if everyone has gotten used to the blue yet....I know I still dislike it very much. Personally, I vote they bring back the peach. Stay strong and let me know.

The "horrible beta format" is not a beta format... MedHelp is changing their format to look more like FaceBook and other social media, as they try to make it compatible with mobile devices - supposedly, this is what people want. The roll out is not complete and we're asked to be patient as changes are being made and the roll out reaches 100%... You may be able to return to the old format by logging out of MH, closing your browser, then logging back in...

I think I recall in the previous format that such text was hyperlinked. Certainly made navigating much more striaightforward. More feedback I will provide to Medhelp.

That was sure nice of you. Only 30 more to go, but who’s complaining? I’m going to try to make this letter as positive as possible. You and I have had a fairly good week, but what was the reason for yesterday? Was this purely by accident, or did you plan the hives on my face to purposely ruin my family portrait? Thank God for airbrushing, Bertha, or I would have had to reschedule. This would have been the third time I canceled because I was too tired for the first two appointments.

Just a comment, not liking this new format much. I can't remember who've I've commented on or not, plus I like to follow certain brilliant peeps on this community and now you can't see who has raised what! Boo!

I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!

Hi guy's, I've received neurologist No 1's letter. It's a very long letter so i will give you some of its content. The parts i believe that are important. These are his answers to my questions. I have multiple small lesions in the white matter of the brain. These are scattered throughout the brain in the various lobes of the brain. These seem to spare the deeper parts of the brain and brainstem. The 6.6mm is in the white matter of the right frontal region of the brain.

Somehow, I still have the old format. I do not get the new format using Firefox. However, with Chrome I get the new format. I'm perplexed as to why one would be different from the other.

I don't see the new format today. It looks like it always has. I was on vacation in a different part of the state and saw the new format there while logging into medhelp. It has been this format (old) for two days. Are you sure the format was changed. Or is this just a tech error.

t like the new format also. Old format with the light blue background was much easier to read and I like the fact that there are many post already on the 1st page.

If you are having issues PLEASE go to the bottom of the page and under Support click on contact us and send your issues in. Also, logging out and back in should bring you back to the old format but this will only happen for awhile. None of us know anything more about why the changes or what the goal is. We dont want anyone to leave the forum over this. Hopefully our feedback will help. Feel free to message me Vic or Gnarly if you need to vent.

You would need to direct that question to the webmaster. The format and the "new changes" they are trying to make are a mess. Drive me crazy and waste a lot of my time trying to see what questions answered and which haven't.

Had to share this little experience - I really don't like the new format....

Is there a way to switch back to the original, much better format? I am totally frustrated! One of my computers uses Google Chrome and was switched over to the new format. A couple of days later it was switched back, and I was overjoyed! Today, I discovered that my other computer, which uses Internet Explorer, has now been switched to the new format. This is my newer PC, which I use most often, so I really want the original version on it!

I like it!!!! I like the set up and format. I can get used to it real fast. I'm like you two, not very comfortable with new things, but this is cool. I can live with it.

what's the deal with the new format on our home page? I don't like it, it is way to busy for me. What does everyone else think?

We noticed that the format problem showed up on the same day that the Mobile option became available on the screen. Does that make more sense? LOL! I think you're right - what we're seeing is probably the formate we'd see if we were using a smartphone.

I've noticed on this forum and some others on MedHelp that there seems to be a new format. It used to be that if someone responded to a post that question would be kicked to the top of the forum questions. Now it seems only a new post is at the top and older posts just stay where they are. I'm not sure how long this change has been in place but I'm wondering if anyone else prefers the way it was? I liked the way it was before. It seems harder to find some of the posts.

Ever since the "new" format began, I've found the site to run EXCEPTIONALLY slow - I'm not sure if it's just due to more pop-up ads or the new format itself, but it is very annoying and very frustrating when you're trying to read and answer questions and it takes forever for them to load. I've even had several instances of the site locking up on me completely.
