What is your personal definition of relapse? Does it mean going out on a bender and staying in oblivion for days OR does it mean "just one time"? Also, do different situations have different 'relapse rules' regarding clean time? Like going on a bender means you start your clean time over again but "one time" does not?

I would recommend if still breech at 32 weeks, go to a chiropractor that is trained in Webster technique. Uncomfortable but not painful and my baby boy flipped after 2-3 sessions. I have a friend whose baby went breech at 37 weeks. She did the Webster technique with her chiropractor 2x and the baby flipped back by 39 weeks. If your chiro isn't doing Webster make sure he/she starts, and/or find a doctor that is trained in it! My chiro also suggested putting a cold pack on the top of the belly and a heating pad at the bottom for 20 min a day, she said the babies like the warmth and will turn towards it.

My dr suggested doing a version but it seems to risky with a low sucess rate so i started doing research on the webster technique (chiropractor adjustment) and the sucess rate was like 90%

Try going to a chiropractor that is trained in the Webster technique! It helps to align your pelvis so baby flips back down (and bonus, getting adjusted did wonders for my lower back pain!). 33 weeks is still plenty if time for him to flip on his own too.

Go see a chiropractor! One that is Webster certified would be best (means they have specialized training on how to help pregnant women).

I had the same burning sensation you are complaining, about 2 weeks after the surgery(which was in January) and had to put up with very cold air, when outside, e.g. 25 degrees.
