Candida loves sweet foods, all sweeteners containing the following compounds should be removed: dextrose, sucrose, glucose, maltose, lactose, fructose and sucralose. Also remove fruits, except those with low sugar content, such as strawberries, cherries, papaya, jicama, pineapple, lemon, etc., but take them in moderation.
