t fit in any of my old ones at all. I Have not gained more than 5 lbs but with a tight budget and this cold weather PJs, sweats, and leggings are my best friends.
Am I in danger? I am a 72 year male, last night upon leaving my sisters home, I had to walk approximately 50' to a preheated car, in 32 degree weather. I started experiencing being cold all over the whole body, what went from bad to unbearably being cold. I couldn't stand it. Upon entering the car, only after about 10 minutes of all heat sources on full blast, could I get some relief. Can you please help with ay information? Could this be fatal?

m not sure if that is true in your life or not...as for the cold weather...I know when I am in the cold all my joints stiffen and ache so I'm sure it is a factor as well.
Another factor in Nov. is lack of sunshine which brings down the Vitamin D count and frankly, causes me to feel a little depressed...which does not help the pain. Have you tried taking Vit D supplements?
Anyone who has stable angina due to a restriction in blood flow through the coronary arteries is expected to feel adverse affects from cold weather. However, for someone who has had their arteries treated and blood flow is adequate, this is not to be expected. Did they leave one or more blockages due to difficulty in treating?
If they feel there is no problem with blood flow then I would request a nuclear perfusion scan to see which areas of the heart muscle are restricted.

this has been freaking me out since the past many months. I first got nightsweats when I had a bad cold in the summer. the cold and night sweats eventually went away after a few days. few months later i went to a place with warm weather (almost in the 80s from the 40-50s i come from) and started having night sweats again (upper back ,chest and neck inside tshirt being wet).they went on for a few days and then stopped.
Trust newer you don't want this crazy cold weather! I don't want to leave my house it's so cold! And there's ice everywhere, I'm so scared of slipping and falling....
