And also when in cold air or water, have gotten red and extremely itchy, and some what swollen/ possibly hives. This is very hard to tolerate. can you help me out. On the cold issue, exposed skin is worst , but any skin that gets a bit of cold is affected.

Does anyone else get offended by jokes that people always make about STDs, particularly herpes? Since I just got diagnosed with herpes I find them very offensive now. My question is should I be offended? And why do people find herpes so funny?

We got another ultrasound and everything looks good still. The baby was waving, kicking, and even somersaulted. My husband jokes the baby's a lot tougher and in better shape then we are, which is definitely true right now.

Also, maybe I just notice it more often now, but I constantly hear jokes involving herpes on t.v. They are very hurtful especially when they come from close friends and it makes me afraid to tell anyone. I don't want anyone to look at me in a different light.
