Avatar f tn Fresh pumped milk can be in the fridge for 6 days, thawed frozen milk needs to be used within 24 hours. Fresh pumped milk can be in room temperature for 6 hours. You never want to heat breast milk in the microwave. It destroys the nutrients. You want to heat it in a bowl of warm water. Most babies won't drink it cold, so around body temperature is good.

645800 tn?1466860955 t want to get too cold at the same time. If you are too cold your body is working overtime to raise your core temperature to its natural set point for sleeping. Therefore you don't sleep as good. I use to keep my bedroom at 60 at night when I have been trying to sleep. But I have since set it to 65 and find I do sleep better. The sites I visited would always say the best temperature for the bedroom is between 65-68 degrees.

645800 tn?1466860955 Winter is something all together different, I can tollerate and sometimes really crave localised heat, hot shower if the air can escape and the room stays cold, in summer i get so light heated, seeing stars i only have cool showers. My left foot tingles a lot and is now twitching like a ripple that just has to escape through my toes but i just cant sleep with out the heat easing the pain.
Avatar f tn Is there any chance I could be pregnant and, if there is, how likely is it? I read somewhere that cold water, tap water, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to air will kill sperm but I have no idea what sites to trust. I am stressing out over this a lot so any response would help.
