From what i understand the cdc says oral sex is low risk for HIV and the center for veterans says VERY very low risk. Iv had an upset stomach and back pain Dr said mabie kidney stone. already got a ct for the stone will find out wed. As for the STDs I went for a panel today. It takes about a week. Should i be worried?

We call today Rememberance Day. I believe you call it Veterans Day? Regardless of the name, the purpose is the same. To remember those that risked and gave their lives for what they believed in. Now, I am very much a pacifist at heart. I hate war and wish it were never necessary. I also respect everyones right to protest in a peaceful manner. However, I find this incredibly upsetting.

I unfortunately picked up a severe cold over the past three days which has made things miserable but underneith the cold I know I am getting better. Energy is starting to come back ever so slowly but it is coming back! I also wanted to talk for a quick second about temptations.....I usually never made it more than a week sober because I wanted a break from the never ending withdrawals....When I picked up this cold it really threw me for a loop.

As i was sitting here this morning thinking about this holiday it came to me that due to all of our service men and womens's sacrifices we are able to have this forum. Everything we have in our lives is due to them fighting for our freedom. For most it is a 4 day weekend, bbq's etc. Lets never forget what this holiday really means. Enjoy your weekend but watch yourselves also. It can be a huge trigger for some as parties are everywhere.

I have a background in Clinical Research so I enjoy doing research and in this case it has proven quite interesting. We spent the next 3 hours in the ER as they stiched up his right index finger (5 stiches), took xrays of both fingers, and then bandaged them both up. Hi Ben! Congrats on day 10! It sounds like you are right were you should be! Emotions will be all over the place for a while! Just feel them, good, bad, or indifferent! We've covered them up for so very long! Also the bouts of fatigue will continue off and on! Your body is still healing! I still have days where I am very tired! Stay as active as you possibly can! Naps or periods of rest are a good thing! Take them when you can get them! Most important is to keep moving forward everyday!

today is day 14 I have no cravings for the damn things anymore. I started a new job this is my 2nd week there and I am loving it since I am clean I can do more with each person than if I was drugged up. I am working as a Certified Occupatioanl Therapist Assisstant at a nursing home it is great work and I think it has helped with the w/d cause when I am there all I think about is what am I going to do with my next patient.

Washington (CNN) -- The Department of Veterans Affairs is making it easier for veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder to get benefits, a development President Barack Obama calls a "long overdue step." In his weekly address Saturday, Obama said Veterans Affairs will launch new rules for easing PTSD documentation requirements starting next week.

My question is, how likely is for CT scan to misdiagnose stone? is it possible that this can be something different ? And is it possible for the stone to be stuck in the tube? I was told it was only 4mm big in size. Please help.
