cold rock

My feet and hands are always freezing cold and my feet although they are cold, they sweat . I'm always under blankets about three and I have socks on. Do any other pregnant mom's feel like this?

I have a lady friend who gets them and I just adore her. She's an older lady with the kindest heart in the world. I LOVE being around her but I do associate her with the vic's. She always has them. She's supposed to be calling me back today. I might let my voicemail get it. I've been reading into the Thomas Recipe. I think that's my best bet- because the idea of tapering makes no sense to me.

i am ssssoooooo excited and proud of myself! i hit my rock bottem,and have to much to lose and almost lost him.i dont even have cravings..... and ive been addicted to percs for 2 yrs daily use.i dont even think about them.....i have to much to lose to have cravings.never want another 1 and look frward to sober life!

Hello, In 7/8 I was at the beach and, while barefoot exploring rocks on the shore. At one point I was with a older man and we waded across some shallows and onto a rock. After climbing onto the rock after him I noticed red drops, blood. He looked at me sheepishly as a man and his son followed us onto the rock and said he should have worn shoes like they had.

My lower abdomen above my pelvic area is HARD AS A ROCK. I'm not that far into my pregnancy. I'm thin if that means something, but what the heck is this?

Is it normal for my belly to be rock hard already I'm only 28weeks its been like this for 2 weeks now

jifmoc - yes I've been struggling for quite some time. Unfortunately my efforts haven't panned out and it's time to take action. I wish I had been successful much sooner. But I feel as if I've hit my rock bottom and if I haven't I don't want to keep going to find out how much lower it can go.

Have any mommies attended a rock concert while pregnant...I want to attend one but it'll be a month and a week before my due date and I'm wondering if the noise can cause hearing damage on my little one...any ladies with some advice?

It's hard to believe that I finally hit my rock bottom last Saturday. Even though I have my disabilities I have been taking more and more meds over the past three years, of course to be completely numb from all the physical pain and emotional pain. I often wondered why over the years I have had many surgeries and was always able to put them down after couple of weeks and move on. I live with my mom now and it has gotten so bad that she had to lock up her room and hide them.

Rock bottom is a funny thing mine is different from yours and vise versa my best friend was battling addiction and in and out of detox centers always telling me this was her rock bottom each time she was deeper and deeper falling to a rock bottom she never knew existed until she vanished one day I called the cops put in a missing persons report her kids were thinking the worst as there was a hand gun missing from the safe in there home..

Well today they call and tell me I need to see a specialist but it just for some rock testing because I had to miscarriages in the past. Should I be worried? I'm 11wks and they said baby was find on Monday.

Pregnancy seems fine, no pain and no blood, still sore breasts...my concern and question is that I have been VERY sick with a cold since last Tuesday, Jan 29. It started as a bad head cold on Tues and Wed with diarhea the progressed to a bad cough. On Friday and Saturday I woke up with lips so cracked and dry they were bleeding...Finally, Sat I went to the ER afraid of dehydration. THey sent me home saying I was not dehydrated (they did not do any bloodworkk or an u/s as I had no pain)....

Well here I am, rock you like a hurricane! Sweaty, cold, tired, but going. I got the energy to read and play piano yesterday, which was awesome!!! Work is still a gross endeavor, and I'm still aching, but trees a tunnel, there my be a light at the end of it, but I can't tell yet. I've gone a bit crazy I think, but I think that's an overload of suppressed emotions maybe?? No lie, this bites it, and I can't wait for it to be over with.

4 days ago i got severe lower stomach pain that lasted a few hours along with vomiting diarrhea and cold sweats then got so cold i was shaking but since then i have this dull pain in my stomach were my belly button is it actually feels like a rock is in there most of the time if i move it hurts more and it even feels sore to touch that part of my stomach sometimes standing if i stand up to long i feel i will faint does any one know if this is normal ad what could it be :(

Like the previous poster - rock bottoms were abundant! The last rock bottom I hit was when my boyfriend, family and even my using buddies were done dealing with my bs. No one was willing to play those games with me anymore. I knew that if I didn't get my act together I'd lose everyone I loved permanently. It had gotten to the point where I was sick and tired of BEING sick and tired all the damn time...

I was told hot/cold/hot/cold shower in the morning good for low adrenals/ anyone ever hear of this?

I'm 90% sure that would be a lymph node. This doesn't have to be sinister, could just mean you are fighting an illness like the flu or a cold.

or cold turkey. I know the thought of cold turkey is horrible, but it can be done. If you have help with the kids - then girl USE IT :). I remember talking to a girl on here when I first came on - 3 kids, single mom of little kids (infants/toddlers) all alone with zero help and suffering withdrawal.. I do believe she made it through the physical stuff. Anything is possible when you want it bad enough. You can do this girl.

I didnt plan to bf very long so i dont want to keep feeding and actually produce milk and have it be even more painful. I know to put cold packs on my boobs for 20 min 4x a day and avoid warm water on them in the shower. Any other tips??? How long should it take to quit producing considering i didnt feed for very long?

How do you guys feel about pregnant girls in bikinis? Trying to decide if i should rock a one piece until after baby is born or if i should say screw it n still get a bikini lol Honest opinions please! I'm due in the middle of May and live in florida so its pretty much beach weather in february lol My mom and grandma both think its "disgusting" to see a pregnant belly, i get ridiculed for lifting my shirt to show people and I'm only 23 weeks right now...
