This is day 4 of cold turkey fom tramadol. I still feel like death warmed over and seem to have ducks quacking in my ears along with electric impulses throughout my body. Is this normal? Anyone else had these symptoms? Man o man for a " non narcotic " drug, this seems unreal! I had no idea that it would be this awful. I thought I could just quit them and try to manage my pain with tylenol and ice packs along with exercises.
LOL!! Detox stinks doesn't it!!?? Its our bodies way of telling us enough is enough!! I got a wicked cold and ear infection during mine!! Keep hanging in... It will get better!!

We're here, in various stages of recovery, or working on that very difficult but extremely courageous "jump" from this family of wicked drugs (when abused) that you took. so I just woke up after a eight hour good nights rest feeling great. I get up and make breakfast soon as I ate I got so sleepy again as if I haven't slept in 2 days has this ever happened to you?
I also came down with a wicked cold this week! You shouldn't really take anything unless you have to. Go to the American Pregnancy Association site and they will have guidelines. There is not much that they approve in the way of meds, but there are a couple that are ok. I just did a lot of rest, water, hot decaf tea, vitamin C. I am using Breathe Right strips at night which have helped me to sleep. I used Vicks chest rub one night.
Omg if been suffering for days nothing has really helpedme I've tried diff foods tums gum everything it just won't go away! It burns sooooo bad! But they say oatmeal suposed to help cellery anything bland really also make surr your sitting up after you eat. Chewing ongum cuz your salvia is supossed to help to. I hope these work for u.
Tunes, lyrics, obscene things just name it. Often when its lyrics its just fragments of it over and over, I cant get passed it. Obscene thoughts as well. I think of suicide casually, though I dont want to die. I dont always get anxious to an extreme degree but when it gets bad it feels like I'm jumping out of my skin, also as if my skin is getting punctured by needles.
