Dr says just use heating pad or cold pack whichever works. Try walking off n on. Swimming. Stretching. I have good and bad days. Oh and Tylenol if it gets to bad but for me it doesn't work and I don't like taking meds.

About a week ago I did a YouTube exercise video with a lot of arm work. The next day I was understandably sore, but I was in so much pain that I had to use an ice pack on my shoulder. They really aren't that bad. There are videos on youtube that show women doing them themselves. One bit of advice, don't ice the area to avoid pain. The medication absorbs best at room temp. Most times they are given on the on your upper butt. They don't hurt that bad at all. Usually, they give you 2 size needles. One for drawing the oil out of the vial and one for injecting (much smaller). Be sure to use the smaller one for injecting. Also, rotate sides when administering.
