Stress and anxiety can cause aches, pains, even sharp stabbing pains all over your body. It can cause sweating,
cold hands and feet, hot flashes, shaking/tremors, dry mouth, dizziness, you name it!
You need to make an appointment with your primary doctor to have your stomach checked out asap. And also make an appointment with a psychologist to begin therapy, discuss your anxiety and what is stressing you out. Work on relaxation techniques to help with your anxiety.
