Would anyone know why my daughter would have a rash too ? Cause I have a rash on my hands !! And now my daughter does. .

Hi, from what you describe, you could not infect the baby. First the sore was dried so no active surface virus, second you put cream on you finger, third was an hour time delay so any virus there would die, forth you used the baby wipes on your fingers also used diaper rash cream on you fingers and hsv1 does not prefer the genital area. Hsv really needs direct contact to expose like hard rubbing kissing with an active sore or genital to genital contact.

my hands are itching like crazy! its more of a burning itch. it feels better under cold water but i want to know how i can get rid of it completely. it started itching the day after i went to the beach but this never happened before!

I am a 38 yr old female and for the past 2 yrs the palm of my hands peel every three months and the last time it is going up my fingers it lasts for about 10days. It is not let up this time. I have moved cross country in the past yr so it is not environment or medication. It doesn't look like the picture of psoriasis. I would try lubrication with over the counter artificial tears for symptomatic relief of the itching and discomfort (even better if you are able to put the tears in cold by storing them in the fridge) Wash your hands so you don't spread the rash to other family members!

This can often result in one having cold hands, or just being cold in general. Many people attribute things to just getting older when it's actually their thyroid causing the problem. Age can cause these symptoms but it wouldn't hurt to rule out any thyroid issues. My kids make fun of me for my knee socks because my feet are always cold, and I'm older than you. I have always heard that the red blotches on the palms can he from the heart.

Apparently there's a rash that 1% of mommy's get towards the end of their pregnancy, I'm 37&2, and have had this horrible rash all over my hands and feet, and its spreading to my legs. Its like poison oak, tiny little bumps and itches so bad, but of course scratching makes it worse :( any suggestions to make it go away or relieve the itching? In my case, the discomfort starts from the inside..from core to tissue to muscle. My stomach tightens, hands and feet are cold and my body stiffens.
