Common Questions and Answers about Cold fusion reviews

cold

Avatar f tn I had a neck fusion in Oct. 2007 as my legs were giving out. I have been left with a right hand that feels like ice on the inside all the time and tingles all the time. Now the top of my right foot is cold for no reason. Just started this week, what should I do?
3107154 tn?1361917605 However, the most recent NS from TCI just recommended this PLUS fusion surgery. The reasoning he said NOT to decompress without fusion is that it will create further instability of the occipitoatlanto-axial joint and will aggravate the existing brainstem herniation, etc. At the same time, I'm hesitant because he has so much growth ahead of him that may complicate this.
Avatar m tn fusion was from T11 to sacrum. It feels like there is a "slab" covering the fused area out to 3 inches either side of the spine. It is not painful. I have lower back pain, mild 24////7. It intensifies to major pain if I stand for more than 5 - 10 minutes. It intensifies with any activity involving any lifting, turning stooping etc. I am able to walk with a cane 1//2 mile, 1////4 mile without. I use a treadmill for longer exercise, but must support myself wiht the arms.
Avatar n tn I had a L5-S1 fusion in January, had x-rays on 4-7, before follow-up visit with neurologist that did my surgery. I still have the low back pain and right leg/foot pain, tingling, and numbness, as bad maybe worse than before surgery. He used the x-rays to check fusion and hardware. I noticed the screw points in the S1 go all the way thru the bone and stick out the of the side. When I asked about this he said it was "normal, the way it is supposed to be". Is he right, is this normal?
Avatar n tn My consultant has now suggested that I either live with the pain with often reviews but I will never be a fully fit operational officer or that I can opt for a partial bone fusion which will make me pain free but with a limited range of movement. He believes that if the operation is successful then I could loose approximately 30 to 50% of movement and that I could still work as an operational officer.
Avatar f tn the treatment of listhesis is fixation and not fusion (fusion is the oldest naming maybe still used by some radiologist), SURE your vertebra are fused even if you still have some heaviness in the lower parts of your back.. this is suffucient to have screws at place to say thatthe patient is fused.
471354 tn?1221062194 TO: Cleveland Clinic Specialist Team - for Comment 1st MVA 1988 - fracture cervical chip failed, severe tissue tears neck, lumbar, L shoulder. 3mo hospital - full Somi brace, rigid collar 6mo+. 9mo off work.1993 fusion C3-C6, breathing stopped post-op. 689528 tn?1364135841 You know, it's whatever you feel is right! If you really feel like you want it, then go for it! If you think you're jumping the gun a little too early, then hold off. But it sounds like you want it, so if that's what you want then get it! Sounds like a killer deal! I think the lady above has a valid point, check the reviews if you can! Just find the same furniture on walmart.com, targt.com, babiesrus.com, or wherever it's cold and you should be able to look at the reviews.
Avatar n tn I had a lumbar fusion with screws 1 yr ago. Recently I have experienced some pressure where the screws are and the other day my wife she said I was bruised in the same area as my pain. My question is, since I have not bumped into anything, is if the screws that are inside can cause bruising on the outside?
Avatar m tn Has anyone faced such a problem as a result of the tip of the rod and would you be able to tell me the advantages of removing the entire rod now that it has been fused to the bones and the implications of keeping it. The rod seems according to x-rays solid and has not broken, but I read some reviews about the possibility of the rod to rust or even break. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter!
Avatar f tn how many weeks r u? I've had mixed reviews bout frappes and lot of girls says they ate and drank whatever they wanted. I drank my frappe but not like I drink it all the time. Go for it.

1735424 tn?1357433558 I had some gastro pain a couple of weeks after vic was introduced (week 10), this resolved after a couple of weeks. HGB, Platelets, WBCs and ANC were all normal prior to tx and became quite low. Rescue drugs were necessary to keep going. I was in a trial and completed a 43 week tx 6 months ago. It was tough but ok as I pretty much expected. Good luck with your treatment, what week are you in?

Avatar n tn I did read that gingers, like green onion, garlic, Sichuan pepper, pepper and chili, are considered hot ingredients and harmful to people with diseases hot in nature, of which hepatitis is one. Other "hot" diseases include common cold, dysentery, psychosis, diabetes, cancer, nephritis, rheumatism, wintercough, high blood pressure, etc. As for vitamins, they need to come from vegetables/fruits, not from labs.
Avatar f tn I had ACDF with a titanium plate at C5-C6 and I swear that when it is really cold outside that I can feel the coldness of the actual titanium plate. Is this actually possible and does anyone else experience this? It is not painful, just noticible.
Avatar f tn t even think of an Ortho for this surgery. I am so worried about the results of having the typical fusion surgery on adjoining C spine levels. My insurance (BCBS) won't pay for disc replacement such as Prestige. I am worried about having limited range of motion after fusion, especially on adjoining levels. Since I also have Multi-level Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease, I am very concerned about other levels herniating as I have read about on many forums. I am scared.
Avatar n tn I have been taking Norco 10/325 at 5 to 6 a day for disc fusion at C5-6 level for 4 years now. Presently starting second day of detox. It is a forced detox as no refills filled on a holiday. My situation is I have another fusion (C6-7) on Thursday and would like to not have to go through this insanity again. Any information would be greatly useful.
Avatar f tn However, I had a posterior lumbar fusion in 2008 that did not fuse. I have many symptoms that fit the criteria of arachnoiditis and understand there is not much other than symptom control for this. I also had a shingles outbreak in the same dermatome L4_L5 where I had my failed fusion. Since t h at time at night I experience severe burning of the nerve tracts down my legs, across my shoulders, and down the C5-C6 dermatome tract , and even in my face and my scalp.
