I found music helps a lot! Still and I'm on month 7. It's like I relearned to appreciate music. I appreciated nothing on meds any longer. I don't care for the black eyed peas, but the you tube video of them singing for Oprahs 50th B-Day, and the flash mob dancing is such an incredible video. There is no way to be sad when watching it.

You certainly enjoy Steve Vai. Do you remember the movie "Crossroads" where he was the musician playing for the devil in a dual for someone's soul? Good film. I went to see Joe Satriani at Massey Hall back in the late 80's and I was really impressed by his ability to perform in the "classical" guitar style. Do you have any footage of that concert, by chance?

t know if you are just down the hall and you can hear him, or if he has to come to you, but either way, whether you are asleep or not does not matter as long as he has access to you. Use basic reinforcement in efforts to bring about change. He is 12 years old, there must be a ton of things he wants ranging from video games, to ipods, to taking karate lessons, whatever it may be......Come up with an arrangement, that when it's time to go to bed he goes up and stays there.

As always, I spoke too soon :) As the stomach cramps start I realize ****'s about to hit the fan. Suddenly I'm jittery, achy, hot/cold, blah blah blah. Thank GOD I've done this before, if not I'd be reaching for something, anything to make this stop. My husband's great, he's driving me to therapy since I'm postive if I got cut off in traffic I'd climb out the window like a rabbit fox and claw that driver's face off lol.

You need to convince her for daily exercise, restrict the video games, loud music etc. With this you need to make her room silent without any disturbance, give warm bath before sleep, avoid day sleeping, make him physically tired by jogging or exercise so at the end of the day she sleeps due to tiredness and maintain healthy diet. I suggest you to consult pediatrician. Take care and regards.

I voted for being on the PC im always on line! I have WAAAAAYY too much free time!! As bad as it may sounds I would switch you places Heather!! Totally agree with you. I hope you didn't take me seriously about me becoming a Shaman. I just thought I was being funny because the video is a hoot! I totally agree with you. You have individuals who believe the mania part is some opening up to the cosmos and trying to make it into a new age religion. The difference is that with 4D they give you a video of the Live ultrasound that shows all the movement and they add lullaby music to it, and the 3D pictures are way more vivid than 2D because you can see your babys features way clearer, I got it done and I loved it, it is very pricy but so worth it because I can have my daughter watch it when she's older :)

My baby is also shy. Nobody can feel my baby kick. Only I can feel kicks and today I was watching my baby move so much. My fiancé was asleep with his hand on my belly and the baby was kicking like crazy but as soon as he woke up the baby stopped. I'm 21 weeks and find out the gender tomorrow.

The closest I've felt to feeling really good in the months since I've given up opiates is riding horses and listening to music. I'm a classic rock fan, ( think "Dark Side Of The Moon") but the most moving piece of music I've heard in months has been part of Josh Groban's "Awake" DVD. The particular pieces are instrumentals by Lucia Micarelli, a violinist.
