HI, Im 36 yrs old fm Philippines, ived already follow all the necessary routine to overcome GERD like no coffee, softdriks, tomatoes, msg on food, 4 hrs b4 go to bed, Somehow I always wake up in the midnight becoze of difficulty breathing my chest is tightening.

My baby was having problems keeping me up at night and the doc told me to start drinking coffee or coke to keep her up during the day some so she will let me sleep....hey it wrk. Just not too much.

Also when i had my echocardiogram the cardiologist said caffeine leads to irregular heartbeat in the baby.
