Avatar n tn Pros and cons of not finding out the gender! Or pros and cons of finding out the gender! I'm so torn!
Avatar f tn It does take a lot of dedication though! Pros out weigh the cons for sure! I tried with my daughter and was not successful only bc i waited till i left hospital to try so she already got use to the bottle. Def going to start as soon as this baby pops out this time!! Hoping i will be successful!! Pretty excited!!!
Avatar f tn m just going to try and get as much info as I can and go from there. Again, thanks and I wish you continued excellent cardiac health!!
Avatar f tn I have read about the following multifocal lens: ReStor, ReZoom and Crystalens. They all seem to have their pros and cons. However, the doctor I saw uses the "Forever Young Lens" which is supposed to correct one's vision at all ranges thereby eliminating the need for glasses. I cannot find any information about these lens except on my doctor's website. Does anyone have any information or experience with the "Forever Young Lens"?
7677085 tn?1395374075 I need a list of pros and cons of a stretch and sweep/sweeping the membranes. I have an appointment tomorrow and I've been having early labor type contractions for days now. I'd really just like to get things moving. Positive and negative real life experiences would be great as well. I'd really like to make an informed decision. Thanks ladies!
4241272 tn?1357571660 I don't know much about it. My husband says it is important to have our son circumcised. He says it's cleaner and healthier, and that it's safer to do now than when he is older.
Avatar f tn d wait til after the baby is born to know the sex. Has anyone ever done this and maybe know the pros and cons of waiting to know the gender?
Avatar f tn I'm very indecisive and wanted to know the pros and cons on breast feeding ? Any help or suggestions ?
1754037 tn?1327886811 I'm a 1st time mommy to be & I'm constantly thinking what are the pros & cons on having an epidural or intrathecal? I've heard & read a lot of good & bad things on both! I'm afraid of needles in my vein! Ya weird cuz I have tattoos! N.e wayz the thought of a needle in my spine freaks me out!!! >_< any mommy's who has had either of these... Pls. tell me how ur experience was.
10201748 tn?1419748841 I got the spinal headache after the epidural and was miserable. If you are having health issues, it may be time for baby to come out. Do what is best for you and your little one. The one thing I wish someone had told me before I had my first is the moment you think you can't take any more, you are almost done. Good luck in whatever decision you make.
Avatar f tn Go to the link below it gives a list of all meds used and gives their pros and cons. http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Neurological-Disorders/Dysautonomia-Treatments/show/171?
Avatar f tn I had a lot of health issues and had a lot of support from a wonderful midwife and a lactation consultant but because of my health my baby was underweight and not thriving. They just kept saying to me it would get better but it wasn't and it was really hard with an unsettled baby. It was such a relief when a dr said I need to start forma feeding. He was like a different baby. Started to gain weight, stopped crying all the time, and slept through the night.
765439 tn?1292960414 With every test you have to weigh the pros and cons and decide if getting a MRI will help you more than these chemicals will hurt you (I would say the pros easily outweigh the cons).
94902 tn?1330479667 I am now estimated 6 weeks pregnant, and am having to make the decision about wether or not to come off my meds. I am in the process of weighing my pros and cons, but wonder if any other moms have been on any meds while pregnant. I would appreciate any input.
Avatar f tn That was not my question, my question is what the pros and cons are. You don't know my medical issues or complications, so if my OB thinks it's a complication, then it's a complication.
Avatar f tn d always recommend it to anyone who can...the health benefits alone for me make the difference, all the other pros are bonuses and the cons aren't that big of a deal for me.
Avatar f tn If you know you can do it without the epidural then I'd suggest you not getting it i had a csection and didnt have a choice now my back bothers me in the spot where they stuck the needle in it feels like a tooth ache and it took them several times and 2 anesthesiology to get it in the right spot which was the worst part of the whole thing
Avatar m tn We tried Ritalin and Concerta and one created a zombie and the other a sleepless child who was very angry all the time. We have been using Stratera for almost two years and we think it's just wonderful. My son his seeing the doc everything 3 months, but that medication does not stop his growth, he is not a zombie, he is still a clown and he loves to tease and joke around. It is one pill a day and we noticed the effects to last for + - 12 hrs.
