Avatar f tn It sounds like you're having digestion problems. The most problematic of the foods you mention generally are first, the milk, second, the sugar, and third the coffee. But it's hard to say since diet is very complicated, and you don't say how soon after eating you laid down. Chamomile is a good stomach relaxant and anti-inflammatory, perhaps try some of that instead of the coffee, milk, and sugar and see how you do, assuming you don't need the coffee to stay awake.

Or maybe… * Promotion of strong bones in postmenopausal women * Heart health support * Management of C-reactive protein (a key marker of inflammation) * Maintenance of tooth enamel Clearly, magnesium is a nutrient you don't want to get caught short on. 1743133 tn?1311182382 Does anybody believe that caffine (particularly coffee) can cause increased numbers on the CA 27.29. I would value some clarity on this one. My last two month to month tests have been trending with elevated numbers from 11 to 17 to 30. I have been falling back in love with my morning coffee and just wondered if this could be the culprit. I hope so! Going without caffiene for a month now to see if there will be a change in my numbers in the desired direction.

Avatar f tn I don't know the full answer to your question, but I do know there is supposed to be a food grade form. The kind you find in nurseries or in pet stores is the wrong grade. One pet store where I live sells it for people who have hens and it's meant to be for their dust baths. The plant nurseries sell it for insect control, and it works great for killing pests like fleas in the home. I do know there is a food grade form, but as far as how safe it is for health benefits, I'm unsure.
