ve read, caffeine is ok under the amount of 300mg a day. I buy Folgers half caff
brand coffee so its already mixed and drink 1 to 2 cups a day. 3 days a week when I work, I also have 1 cup of regular. I don't drink pop alot, but once in awhile a Pepsi with certain dinners. My kids are fine, they are very active, but I don't think that has anything to do with the caffeine i consumed when I was pregnant, just their personality lol.
