I also took warm baths to
help with my body aches and shakes. Also, you probably drink
coffee, right? Bad idea for the shakes. If you have to get up early and drink coffee, I completley understand. But if there is anyway you can do without the caffiene, do it. Also, take a walk. Or just any kind of movement will help tremendously. It will be hard to get the motivation, but once the blood starts circulating in your body, you will feel ten times better.
