Avatar f tn Caffeine is found in more than just coffee. Caffeine is not only found in coffee but also in tea, soda, chocolate, and even some over-the-counter medications that relieve headaches. Facts: Numerous studies on animals have shown that caffeine can cause birth defects, preterm delivery, reduced fertility, and increase the risk of low-birth weight offspring and other reproductive problems.
Avatar f tn Is there anyone in tge Brampton Ontario area who may want to go have a coffee, I could really use someone to talk to this is so hard....
Avatar f tn So I'm not a smoker, a drinker or a drug user like at all but I have recently taken up an iced coffee addiction and I was wondering if it's really bad to drink a glass once a day? I do have a weakness for soda however because my iced coffee addiction is more important I've substituted that for juice so I can have my iced coffee so I don't feel too guilty about all the caffeine. And what's worse is I hate drinking water.... I know I have to but it's so hard. Any advice?
Avatar f tn I am exactly the same I loved coffee but in the beginning i felt sick constantly and coffee made me worse I havnt touched coffee since and I'm 17 weeks now

Avatar m tn I have a friend who has been crushing oxycodone #15 mg and #30 mg pills and snorting them.... I suggested just puting them into a cup of coffee but she insists on doing them that way. Are there any health risks involved in snorting the pills? Note: they are small pills with no Tylanol in them....

Avatar m tn The addiction and cause of the headaches (when you stop the Excedrin) is probably the caffeine. Two Excedrin Migraine have 130 mg of caffeine, which is more than a McDonald's small coffee. I'm considering taking Excedrin -- instead of drinking coffee (because coffee upsets my stomach and Excedrin doesn't).
491171 tn?1221504625 Depends on who you talked to. I quit but many ob's say that in moderation coffee is OK.

Avatar f tn Ask your doctor to make sure but I have also read both good and bad things about coffee. If you must just limit your coffee consumption. I would say once a week and make it a tall decaf wouldn't be too bad. I as an avid Starbucks coffee drinker have definitely cut back a load.
Avatar f tn Did anyone who sucessfully quit have to give up your coffee because it made you want that cigarette? What did you replace it with?
Avatar m tn well I know the NOS drinks really helped me going through wd's. I never got into them before........ I drink coffee too,on top of it, in the morning then the NOS durring the afternoons. so that was a boatload of caffine. but at that time, man I was going through some major 'done wd's, so anything at all to help...... but after two months or longer, I felt I was addicted to them. I was feeling much better, and just stopped going to the store where I got them.
Avatar f tn I would like some input on if it is ok to drink a small cup of decaf coffee once in a while or should I just continue to avoid coffee all together?
Avatar f tn Replace the APAP by taking Tylenol throughout the day, along with some coffee or tea. We withdraw from the APAP as well and that causes the rebound headache. Fluids help the headache, as well. Are you having restless legs, arms, body? That's where the Hyland's restful legs tabs will help. Taking potassium and magnesium in the form of capsules or food helps and the Epsom salts in a hot bath is wonderful.
Avatar m tn I have had a frequent urination problem for a good few months but had always put off going to see the doctor. Any coffee I would drink would go straight through me, I would need to go urinate before I even managed to finish the coffee. If I needed to go and had to wait such as in a meeting or at the cinema I would find it hard to breathe and get slightly dizzy. Then I started taking supplements in the form of, Magnesium, Vitamin D3 & Cod liver oil. Are these the things that cured me?

148588 tn?1465778809 There are so many different studies and opinions on this issue, I don't think it will ever be resolved... We all know that study data can be skewed any way one wants to skew it, in order to come up with the preferred results. By the way, the video in the link I posted is exactly the same as the video in the original post.
Avatar n tn Okay let's get to the facts! You can have caffiene but keep it under 200 mg which is one 12 ounce cup of coffee. Or in other words a normal coffee cup holds about 8 Oz. So only one cup! I'd limit to 1 can of soda too. It's only been studied to show that woman who consume 200 or more mg are at double risk of miscarriage or still birth. But some studies show no link to that at all! So it's just a percaution to take under 200mg.
