Hi all, I'm 5 weeks pregnant living in Dublin. None of my friends have babies or are pregnant. Any of you there keen to meet for some social baby stuff?
Is there anyone in tge Brampton Ontario area who may want to go have a coffee, I could really use someone to talk to this is so hard....
So I'm not a smoker, a drinker or a drug user like at all but I have recently taken up an iced coffee addiction and I was wondering if it's really bad to drink a glass once a day? I do have a weakness for soda however because my iced coffee addiction is more important I've substituted that for juice so I can have my iced coffee so I don't feel too guilty about all the caffeine. And what's worse is I hate drinking water.... I know I have to but it's so hard. Any advice?
The addiction and cause of the headaches (when you stop the Excedrin) is probably the caffeine. Two Excedrin Migraine have 130 mg of caffeine, which is more than a McDonald's small coffee.
I'm considering taking Excedrin -- instead of drinking coffee (because coffee upsets my stomach and Excedrin doesn't).
Did anyone who sucessfully quit have to give up your coffee because it made you want that cigarette? What did you replace it with?
well I know the NOS drinks really helped me going through wd's. I never got into them before........ I drink coffee too,on top of it, in the morning then the NOS durring the afternoons. so that was a boatload of caffine. but at that time, man I was going through some major 'done wd's, so anything at all to help......
but after two months or longer, I felt I was addicted to them. I was feeling much better, and just stopped going to the store where I got them.
I am seriously considering suing for my addiction to colas. This is a serious problem no one really addresses. I am also interested in starting some kind of self help group that focuses only on cola addiction.
I have done this whole pregnancy! I dont drink coffee I always have a green tea! so I try to keep my caffine intake down. which I have, I dont see coke a day would be harmful I atleasf have 2 a day Max and im sweet az :) but ask your docter definatly!
Caffeine addiction is not a far stretch I went through the same thing when I first found out I was pregnant. My doctor told me you can drink either one cup of coffee of you can have a 12oz soda a day and it won't harm the baby.
