I need advice for colon cleanse. Is colon cleanse necessary? i have good bowel function, regular BM's and generally good health and balanced diet. My question is should i do colon cleanse? At the moment i take Aloe Vera juice for colon cleanse. I need an advice.

I used Super Colon Cleanse tablets by Health Plus Inc. It is sold on Amazon, but I got mine at GNC. The bottle says to take 4 tablets twice daily for 10 days. I did not notice any blood today.

I am currently taking Zoloft for depression and anxiety and am preparing to do a detox colon cleanse. Is it safe to do a all natural herbal detox colon cleanse while on Zoloft as long as the Zoloft is taken a few hours apart from all other supplements?

The problem with using products that do a colon cleanse is that they are filled with laxatives, yes most of them have natural elements, but laxatives none the less. This actually causes more problems to your colon over a period of time. I swore by a colon cleanse product prior to my colonoscopy it was the ONLY thing that made me regular.

I think it's important for your mom to know how healthy her liver is before attempting any cleanses. I've tried a colon cleanse with no problems in the past, but liver cleanses tend to be less gentle...and if her liver is challenged, she may more run into problems. My personal opinion is to stay away from any product that has a long list of ingredients unless you have the time to look up each one. In the case of liver health, more is NOT better.

I have no idea if this works if you do it the way they suggest, though I can almost guarantee the cleanse has nothing to do with weight loss -- if you stop eating of course you'll lose weight. When you start eating again, unless you change your diet, you'll gain the weight back. Using laxatives can be helpful in a short-term fast, but they can also be tricky.

I there....first rule of thumb is to always do a colon cleanse first. If you would like to do some gentle cleanses, I would suggest going to your local health food store and looking for the Renew Life cleanses. They will walk you through the steps of which ones to do first. They are nice and gentle. Then I would suggest the big guns like Dr Natura....it is a colon and parasite cleanse. first thing i would do is a colon cleanse then herbal liver cleanse or flush. i just went through a gall flush - yes most people told me i should just get it taken out. but what i was amazed at was that most of the problem was a blocked bile duct. i met a naturopath who has a bioresonnance machine and i could track the gall & liver stones being excreted. don't give up. clean up your organs and you will be fine. ps. nothing showed up in our normal xrays, ultrasounds, etc.

t imagine these folks then taking colon cleansers to further loosen stools and clean out the colon. They would never leave the bathroom. Thes symptoms are usually coming from pancreatic insufficiency and are due to inadequate enzyme production by the pancreas. This is readily treated by supplementing these with enzmes in pill form. Colon cleansing would not be part of a recommended course of therapy.

irregardless, the chest pain is likely dehydration. if you weigh that much, you likely need a colon cleanse, it would make you feel so much better. the other thing too that makes us gain so much is paras, and bacteria in our intestines. might be something to think about. if you clean out, you will feel good; i know, it's depressing to go to docs and for them to tell you 'nothing'.

LIke i said before, i would see whats in your price range and then check the safety ratings, Britax is an upper end brand with good safety ratings and Graco is a good middle of the road brand also with good safety ratings. Just figure out which carset your looking at and check the safety ratings on that model. What about strollers? Jogging ones? Travel ones? I've always LOVED travel systems.
