i am usin turmaric but i don feel lik it works ... pls suggest me diet also to maintain a clear skin.

The skin on my hands is beginning to get the coffee granule look, the skin on my arms is getting bubbly (like the freckles are little bubbles, and the skin on my chest is looking very burnt. There are six rectangle head marks which are a greeny colour (I can't see any freckles in them) This morning my jumper brushed on on of the rectangles and a top layer of the skin came off there. Underneath the skin stings and is red but has a whitish centre.

The derm who is treating me said that light pink shade in centre is derm pih and now i should allow the lighter skin to get normal on its own .So i have stopped using all medicines....But still these white patches look really awkward ......I want to now that how much time these white patches will take to get normal and how long i need to take sun protection.....Moreover i consulted another derm he told me to apply a coticosteroid called sofradex cream ....

He just visually confirmed the initial sores whoch were red with a small indent which then turned purplish reddish brownisbh in the centre and scabby and grey almost clear fluid like in the centre preceding the purplish brown centre. I went doctors a few months ago and they said it was dermatitis, I had small bubbles on one of my fingers and now it's on every finger on one hand. I would probably recommend grid laser and possibly PRP for the right eye. And possibly grid laser for the left eye. My guess is that you've passed the puberty stage so it's probably something you've done differently in your routine. Simple is usually the best. Don't overload your skin with too many treatments or products. Cleanse once in the morning and once at night. Eat a balanced diet and avoid too many oily or sugary foods.

Hi! I am currently taking doxycycline and yasmin for my acne, and it seems like none of them are working to help clear my skin. I got laser treatment where my doctor treated it with a weaker dosage of laser once, and last week I got a stronger dosage of laser on the bruise. It seemed to have the turned the pigment darker. Is this normal or should I stop getting laser treatment?
