it is usually AFTER my period. i usually get a whitish discharge BEFORE my period... so i could just be completely normal. no reason to panic yet. :) ... however if you do miss your period then i would advise you to go and get checked. now i am sortive in the same situation, i have clear and stretchy discharge BUT i HAVE missed my periods for 5 days now. i am on meds to make my cycle regular and they have been for some time now but all of a sudden im late.
Discharge such as you described isn't a sign of pregnancy. Watery discharge is normal in every female at various points in her cycle. It will generally come before she ovulates, but can be present at any given point.
IF you want a baby, you need to learn when you're ovulating (this can be determined by OPKs, BBT or a combination of both) and have sex every other day leading up to ovulation.

This could be a sign that your period is coming. It could also mean you're ovulating. Not all women ovulate in the middle of their cycles. It can happen any time of the month, even right before your period. What you described does sound like you're ovulating. Some women know they're ovulating when they have the clear stretchy discharge.

She rarely ovulates and her last period was on January so that makes it 7 months of no period. 3 weeks ago, she had her ovulation symptoms such as; Clear fluid for 2 days, increased temperature, abdominal pain and a sudden increase in vaginal fluid(wet). She said her fluid while we had that genital-genital contact was thick yellow.
If you are in fact not pregnant as determined by your doctor, usually clear/whitish discharge is a sign of a pending ovulation. You may be experiencing a very long cycle, wherein not enough estrogen was produced to trigger ovulation earlier in your cycle. I hope you see what you're looking for soon, either BFP or AF!
My periods were very regular until I am pregnant. Before I was pregnant, I experienced that few days Prior to periods there will be some white discharge which indicates I may get periods in few days.
Now I am 9 to 10 weeks pregnant. All these days, I found similar discharge atleast once in a day in my pregnancy.
Do anyone one know the reason why is it happening to me. Do any one have the same experience. Is it normal or not. I am worried. Please help.
t remember ever having clear nipple discharge during the beginning of my first pregnancy. I have been a little more queazy lately and that's what prompted me to squeeze my nipples, I figured that being that I have already been pregnant before that maybe there was a possiblity that I could have early nipple discharge.
OPKs and BBT can help you to pinpoint the best timing for trying. Discharge can guide you as to when you O but it's not very reliable. Many people have clear discharge around O but also before AF.

Hiya every1am just hopping someone could give me some advice I hav been to the doctors 3weeks ago coz hav been lossing clear discharger n they checked ta see if i had a water infection wiv me goin to the loo all time for a wee she did do a pregnancy test and it came back negative now since then my brest feel abit heavy n am tired n moody all time so dont know what do can anyone give me some advice please :)
I have heard of alot of women that have indeed been pregnant say that they had alot of milky no smell discharge before they got their BFP. Unless the discharge is a funny colour or smelly it is probably normal, you will have to take a pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy however because discharge or cevical mucus is a terrible way to predict pregnancy, good luck and I hope you get the result you want.
