eating or washing dishes. My husband loves to
cook, so I just work as assistant. A few days ago I was thinking about quiche, which I love. Trying to make a leaner, less fatty one, I dreamed up this recipe, altered a bit from the traditional quiche with a crust, and just concentrated on the proteins. This is my first attempt at making something fom scratch, making up the recipe as I went along.
