ciprodex

581516 tn?1326073019 I'm just about to start trazedone - I feel so sleepy during the day (currently on zopiclone, cipralex) Cipralex doesn't seem to address my anxiety as well as Paxil. Any feedback helpful.
Avatar f tn Of course it is normal to experience side effects at some point and of course they will go away after a while and let it be 1 month max to see a major improvement in the withdrawal process.
Avatar f tn I was on cipralex (lexapro in the US) for almost 3 years and initially experienced some dry mouth, but no extreme side effects at all. It worked amazingly for me. I started on 10mg and then doubled to 20mg after 1 year. I recently switched to Paxil about 1 month ago, and have really disliked the way it makes me feel. My anxiety has been much worse and the side effects are just awful. It has been so much worse than cipralex.
Avatar n tn You are in the adjustment phase right now, and most likely experiencing the initial start up side effects. What you report is pretty common as far as side effects go. Also, any time you increase your dosage, you can experience a reemergence, or increase in those initial side effects. Adjusting to this med will take some time. Typically, most initial side effects will start to improve about 2 weeks after starting the med (or increasing your dose).
Avatar n tn In which case you should see your doctor again and discuss a possible switch to something else with less side effects for you. Upping the dose while you are still experencing so many nasty side effects simply does seem like "good medicine" to me, but I am not a doctor and it's not my place to second guess him, but I would certainly be asking some serious quesitons while I was there. Let us know how you're doing, OK? We are always here.
Avatar f tn I was on cipralex and Wellbutrin for 1 and a half years and then my doc switched me to Effexor for a year which caused more side effects than anything so iv been back on cipralex for about a week, I guess we will see how that goes.
553096 tn?1267348927 ah yea...those possible side effects sound an awful lot like the side effects (sx) of the original treatment. I'm in agreement with getterdone.
Avatar m tn i stopped cold turkey because i was feeling like getting addicted to it. Shall i consult my doc on this, because i wanted to move on in life but it seems my jerking sensation is still there, Do i need to see a Doc and explain him what happens or what?
Avatar f tn I have used lithium for 6 years. At first I didn't have side effects but the bipolar wasn't under control either. For the last 18 months the side effects became worse and worse. In the end I couldn't hold anything in my hand because of tremor, I was dizzy and off balance most of the time, couldn't concentrate, memory non existing, had problems at work, had irrational fears, couldn't drive my car (it has dents on every side!), couldn't climb stairs.
Avatar f tn -(. I guess I should also let u no that I suffer from severe anxiety/ severe depression disorder. Plz help and tell me your experiences with the medication and hoping to find someone that suffers the same as me, and takes the same meds lol.. I no it's a long shot..
Avatar m tn How long have you been on cipralex?? I think you need to give it time if you just started, more times than not those side effects such as headache will eventually subside. I wish you luck, is it working for you otherwise? It takes a month sometimes two to get the full therapeutic effect so give it a chance! Good luck to you.
Avatar n tn Hey guyz I have been taking cipralex (known in the U.S as lexapro) I've been taking it as the doctor told me excatly. First 4 days I only took 1/2 tablet of 10 mg which is 5 mg and I didn't feel any side effects expect the first day I experienced mild side effects. But then then on day 5 I took the whole tablet 10 mg and have been taking that for almost a week now .. tomorrow will be a week excatly on the 10 mg.
Avatar m tn Hi,excuse me that I answered you late I did not see your message in timebut I'll explain:I took 1 year and 2 months my paroxetine doctor stopped me suddenly telling me I'm going to pass in 2 weeks the side effects but it was cheated were disastrous we vomit we shed terrible headache strong God how I resisted I do not know I could not eat I could not sleep I was crying for death She said it to me in March 2017 They continued the side effects until July when I came back to her I would die
Avatar f tn m on day 4 taking cipralex after switching from escitalopram my question to you all is my anxiety is getting worse by the day and having to take a zopiclone to sleep at night will my anxiety slowly fade in time as I take the cipralex daily no other side effects to report just the heightened anxiety any info on this would be great Thanks Jessica
Avatar f tn Cipralex was my second bad experience with anti-anxiety medication and I know many who will agree that the side effects are not worth it. They just give you a whole new set of problems to deal with. It is outrageous how they hand out these meds like candy, especially to young women like us. My suggestion would be to look into the natural remedies that have been around for centuries and work in such better harmony with your body.
574118 tn?1305135284 thanks of course i am under a pdoc but a lousy one. Each time a person hears of my drugs laughs. Once i sent a letter to a pdoc in buffulo (USA) to enquire so he replied saying it's odd you are on 3 AP's. HOWEVER i function so i assume "if ain't broke don't fix it" like the americans say. During the last 5 years i consulted at least a dozen of arrogant filthy and ignorant pdocs. No 2 of them agreed on one combo.
