Avatar f tn I plan on getting married in July. I'm on my dad's insurance, Cigna. I was wondering if Cigna would drop me once I get married?
Avatar n tn My insurance also covers a double breast pump and i already have it.
Avatar f tn It depends if you have health insurance and whether that insurance covers breastpumps or not. If you have health insurance. Call the customer service line printed on your insurance card. Talk to a represenatitve and ask them if they cover breast pumps and to what extent. Mine covers a 100% with no co-pay. After you have verified that they cover it, ask them what their process is. Every insurance is different. With my first pregnancy, I had Aetna.
Avatar f tn t eat or drink anything after midnight. But anyways I have Cigna and I was trying to get Medicaid cause I have to pay 2500 before my son is even here and I can't afford 4 500 dollar payments right now but I applied for Medicaid and they said I don't qualify I don't work and I don't get unemployment or anything assistance from the government. What do I do?? And is my doctor no longer going to take me cause I can't pay?
9167524 tn?1403620215 Interesting. How old are you? I have BCBS. Anyone else?
Avatar m tn Thank you, now I can start researching Cigna. God I hope they provide Individual Insurance for fertility. My husband and I live in L.A and we have AETNA through his employer but its a no-go for us.
Avatar f tn You have to use both or its considered insurance fraud you can get in big trouble for it.
4760166 tn?1398357313 t want to rush into any other surgeries for my post-op issues because of this limitation ... Every insurance plan HAS to cover an out of network doctor as in network if there is no other provider in network within your area. I'm wondering if I could go in at the angle of there not being any other Chiari specialists in network (at least that I've found ...) ... if I have to try that I'll let people know if it works or not.
Avatar m tn Im currently considering a job relocation to the US that offers a medical plans from Cigna (OAP) Open Access Plan for employees and their domestic partners/spouses and/or children. Im not really sure what Open access plan means. Im currently a chronic carrier with ALT, ALKP levels stable and PCR DNA undetectable. I have been taking entecavir for the past year and I have to continue taking for at least another few years.
1284791 tn?1271994267 As far as I know, IVF is offered only thorugh group insurance coverage. We delayed seeking fertility treatment in order to get our insurance worked out first. My husband and I formed our own husband/wife group (he owns his own business, I went to work for him, he pays employee taxes on me). Our accountant helpd us with the paperwork. After we set all of this up we applied for group coverage. We did this in order to get maternity coverage, which is otherwise unavailble in Texas.
Avatar n tn We have Cigna but she doesn't qualify, because she has control on shots. The thing the insurance hasn't seen is that shots are very hard to handle, an a pump would make life so much better for her.
Avatar m tn t decide if I should go with Aetna High deductable plan 3000 or something like a Plan 100 2500 deductable from United HealthOne as long as I can get a HSA with either. It seems like UHO has a dental plan that is better at twice the price but I not sure if I will be ahead. What are something other things I should try to calculate in this? Am I doing this the right way or anyone have some suggestions. Please. Thanks!
Avatar f tn There are grants available for the drugs especially if you have insurance. I have lousy insurance, but I have not paid a thing for the meds. The incivek was paid for in full, peginterferon was donated through grants and ribaviron is covered by insurance. If you have trouble with copays let me know and I will dig up the information I used. My brother has great insurance and he still got assistance with copays. My bro and I have been on meds at the same time. good luck!
1027870 tn?1252056250 yes you too can have a dental plan that most reputable dentists will not accept! i would love to go to a dental mill full of new, inexperienced dentists.
4408078 tn?1358058398 Thanks Nicole for the information I also have Cigna insurance so I am going to check into.
1191960 tn?1280074080 m on my third try of IUI, and I noticed that some of you are covered through your insurance. I was just wondering what insurance helps with the cost of treatments, as SAG does not. Thanks for any input!
Avatar m tn I am planning on getting them removed soon due to recurrent infections and I was wondering if it is more cost effective to get a dental insurance plan or pay out of pocket. What are the typical cost to remove something like this? Will there be surgery required? How much will a good insurance plan cover or is it more cost effective to just pay out of pocket? Thank you.
Avatar n tn We have Cigna for insurance and it is covering about 80% of the IVF costs.
783281 tn?1259691431 My insurance co (cigna) wants me to go to an intensive outpatient program. I came out of an inpatient detox last Tuesday (4/28). I know it is to my advantage to go, but I am sick with what seems like withdrawals. My drug was Fentanyl pain patches (50 mcg/hr). This stuff is really kicking my ***. What I really want to know is what kind of experience you had with IOP and if some have finished a program like this what are the benefits and/or drawbacks?
Avatar n tn You can get a dental plan with several plan options nationwide for about a hundred dollars annually and save thousands. Not too many people know about this but I have been using it for years and in comparison actually like it better than insurance. There are many different plans but you should go to a nationwide comparison site to find out what is best for you. The one I found with the best deals and options is www.dentalplansaver.com. Good luck!
Avatar f tn Also, see if there is a birth center near you. I know our local BC has options for families with no insurance. The total out of pocket to deliver there and be seen throughout the pregnancy is about $4500 compared to 3x that amount about the hospital.
Avatar f tn Hi there, I was trying to find out what Cigna is paying for, I see that there are different types of Cigna. I looked on one for Medicare Advantage just to see what they are covering, I did not see Harvoni but did see Sovaldi and Olysio I think you will have to log in to your particular Cigna account to look up what is being covered. It is possible they are a bit behind since it was just approved in October.
Avatar f tn Lucky yall military insurance want even do that for us. I wish they did. The only time they cover if is something is wrong or premature. I am getting medela single pump only because I will be staying at home and finishing my college up.
