I have been taking coumadin & atenolol for about 5 years for Atrail Fibrillation. And Flowmax for BPH for about the same amount of time .

What dose of Cialis did your Dr. prescribe? I think 20 mg is the normal dose, but I think there's also a 10 mg dose, and these 2 are for 'one-time' or 'on-demand' use when you expect to have sex. Cialis has a much longer effect than Viagra or Levitra, up to 36 hr in some cases.
I read some place that men with small penises (my penis has 13 cm when engorged ) need to take smaller doses of Cialis ( or Viagra ) because, if they don't, they can have anorgarmia ( the penis has erections but you can't ejaculate ). Is that true ?

I buy 20 mg of Cialis (4 tablets), halve them to 8 tablets of Cialis 10 mg. When I first took it it didn’t work. Sometimes I take 10 mg, sometimes 20 mg, couple hours before sex but lately it stopped working. It didn't work properly from the beginning I think, because it got me a erection when I was stimulated but sometimes it disappeared after a while of having sex. In last couple of weeks it got worse.
If i watch porn (i dont do this often) i will quite often get an erection, and if i havent been taking any ED drugs i still get morning erections about half the time... yet when it comes to having sex with my partner i now need cialis to have any hope of being hard at all...and this is driving me insane.
Anyway question is, does this sound like ED?.
And...does anyone have experience with levitra?. I have read its shorter lasting but more potent than cialis.

33 years old. Good health. Active. Exercise regularly. Few months ago started having some issues in bed. Me and the wife had amazing sessions usually. Every so often there'd be a less than stellar performance, but that was regular for me. The last few moths things have been horrible. I've gotten more and more anxious about fooling around and feel like I'm letting her down. My erections haven't been nearly as strong.

At your young age, I find it troubling that you are taking such drugs as Cialis and Viagra to gain an erection. If you rely on pills, your body may not respond naturally on its own. Also, if you want to be sexually active with a partner, masturbating 1 to 3 times per day should be avoided along with use of porn. Let your sexual energy build so that when you are with a woman, your body will respond.
ve had ED for 10 years and taking Cialis. I am curious what your doctor told you 10 years ago and when he prescribed Cialis. 21 was a young age to have ED. I wonder if the body gets used to the drugs and eventually they are not so effective, and then they should not be taken on a daily basis but used only when necessary. Your diabetes is a factor, also. I would advise you to work with a urologist, and if you have, go to another as a second opinion.
