I too am having this problem. Tried Cialis and Viagra with no luck. My doctor told me to try a penis pump, apparently they're not dangerous if you use them right. I'm 33, slim, in decent health, not overweight at all, for about the past year or so, I've been experiencing some erectile dysfunction. I'm type 2 diabetic and overweight and have not had any erection problems until this year when during foreplay I'd be as hard as a rock, but go soft just before insertion... my wife has been understanding, but it has been frustrating. Sure enough it got worse and worse because I believed it would. I ended up taking some Cialis and that stuff made me rock hard if the wind blew. So I'm starting Cialis 5mg a day as needed for erectile dysfunction due to side effects from Metoprolol. I've cut down my dose of Metoprolol to about 37.5mg a day.
