I have a question regarding the different doses of Cialis. I was once given a 20mg Cialis pill by a friend and broke it in half. So I took around 10mg dosage. Cialis is my favorite ED drug, it's really effective. If spontaneity is an issue, this is definitely the best choice. The effects of Cialis last for 36 hours (hence its name 'weekend pill'), whereas Viagra only lasts for about 4 hours. You should take Cialis on an empty stomach, at least one hour before sex. Don't take more than the prescribed dose.
I am considering switching from Levitra to Cialis. Have read that Cialis has a longer half life (up to 36 hrs vs. 5-7 hrs.). Anyway, I have tried extending Levitra's half-life by taking a second dosage a few hours later, but no matter what, the max effects still really fade off 5-7 hours after the initial dosage. Hi. So did you take the dose as prescribed by your doctor? That's within the range of dosing offered. But not likely where someone is started if you are new to it. Has it worked for you before? One of the biggest issues with it working properly is timing of sex. Too soon, won't work right. Too long after taking it, won't work right. Another way it is prescribed to help is to take a lower dose (often 2.5 mg) but every day at the same time each day.Then it is in your system.
I have been using Cialis 10mg every other day for almost 1 year over the past 3-6 months I have been having trouble reaching a climax. After checking up on my other medications (Nexium and Benazepril 5mg) I have come to a conculsion that the problem is being caused by Cialis.

There are studies that show the long term efficacy of these drugs. I'm not an expert, but I don't think they just stop working like that. I've been using Cialis for over a year with excellent results.
well I have been on daily or semi daily Cialis and it helps with erection but not really with duration.I can really only sustain it for around 2 minutes. I don't consider myself terribly out of shape but I will def work on some cardio . I had heard there are breathing techniques to help but that could get tricky trying to practice that in the heat of the moment.

s the thing though, i used the lowest possible dosage, and even cut them in half to use less than that. And it worked. For the next two months it was bliss. Then we were apart for a while because we were both travelling for work. Shortly after that, she had a minor abdominal surgery which made sex impossible for even a few more weeks. No it won't heal it and you will have to use it everytime. If you do, get Cialis because it is good for 36 hours in your bloodstream. Get a low dosage like 5mg too so you don't get a headache. How old are you? Your 20's or 30's...
I currently use Timix for ED and have been tritating the dose, I am at 0.35ml and still have throbbing and discomfort 2-3 hours after use. Would it be appropriate to use maybe, 0.20ml and take a viagra or cialis in addition. I never got the discomfort with those drugs, they just weren't as effective? I am 100 % satisfied with the effectiveness of the trimix, but the after affects are almost unbearable.

What dose of Cialis did your Dr. prescribe? I think 20 mg is the normal dose, but I think there's also a 10 mg dose, and these 2 are for 'one-time' or 'on-demand' use when you expect to have sex. Cialis has a much longer effect than Viagra or Levitra, up to 36 hr in some cases.
Since then I’ve been on 10mg of lisinopril and my BP has been under control. Also for a few years I have been taking daily cialis 5mg for well, you know.
Recently my BP is starting to rise again to readings like 147-97-ish, to around 160-95-ish.
I go to the doc for a check every 6 months and will now go back in 3 months.
A while ago I read some good things about beets and BP and have been consuming them regularly.
