well I have been on daily or semi daily Cialis and it helps with erection but not really with duration.I can really only sustain it for around 2 minutes. I don't consider myself terribly out of shape but I will def work on some cardio . I had heard there are breathing techniques to help but that could get tricky trying to practice that in the heat of the moment. lately I have had low libido too,, testosterone checked out normal so i'm at a loss.

Wishbone, if the 20 mg Cialis failed you , then you might try going to the daily 5 mg . It should work for you on a consistent basis.. One thing to remember is that you must take it every day. Now , I need to ask if you have visited a urologist on this matter yet? If not I would suggest you do so.. Because if Cialis and other meds fail to work - there could be valve issues in the penis where they will not hold the blood to maintain the erection even with heavy arousalment.

I read some place that men with small penises (my penis has 13 cm when engorged ) need to take smaller doses of Cialis ( or Viagra ) because, if they don't, they can have anorgarmia ( the penis has erections but you can't ejaculate ). it may be that the Cialis you received from the internet may be fake cialis - I would try to get a proper Rx from a doctor/phamacy there.
