I had prostate surgery in the form of a TURP and resection of the bladderneck in 1995 at the age of 30. In 1999 I first started having problems with ED. My urologist at the time prescribed Viagra which did not realy work. I did not really have any success with Cialis either.
In 2003 I was seen by a urologist who specialized in ED as a part of a health clinic examination for a neurological problem that I was being seen for.
Successful surgery Jan 2020. Happy to be alive and happy to have a job in this economy.

At first I contacted a doctor who gave me Cialis and it did not work (20mg). Then I tried Viagra 50mg and that sorta worked but still not 100% of the time. In fact out of 3 times worked one when I took two pills to get to 100mg. Even then while I feel I stayed hard she felt I got soft. So I went to the doctor and he ran all the test top to bottom.

I do have a tight foreskin but this has never been an issue. I have used Viagra and Cialis and these do help but would prefer not to use them. The strange thing is that in the morning I get a very solid and hard erection (probably greater now than in my youth) which lasts for some time, someone said was due to morning testosterone levels. Usually older guys that take Cialis and Viagra and it works in the beggining and then stops later on down the road is when E2 levels go out of range. You should get tested for this ideal range should be between 20-32 pg/dl I think. You should talk to your doctor about taking either DIM or Armidex. In cancer surgery almost 2 years ago to remove bladder and prostrate; a nerve(s) May have been damaged or removed in error when surgeons were checking lymph nodes adjacent to bladder for cancer.
My libido is intact and I can get and maintain an erection with a pump or injection.....BUT not hard enough for sexual penetration with abs fir my wife.
