My cough seems to be getting worse :/ about 7 wks anybody know some natural remedies? Also for indegestion tums didn't work so most likely have to get a prescription from my OBGYN. Anybody else having all these health probs during their first trimester???

For the past i would say four days ive had this sinus pressure and pain mostly on bridge of nose,around eyes and cheek bones and i put some light up my left nostril and noticed towards more the back in my nose along the side wall, is all red and swollen, but yet when i touch it doesnt feel like any mass or anything,weird i think!. anyways i am a big believer of natural cures and home remedies so i have taken some decongestion meds and have washed my nose out with a neti pot.

I have heard that a spoonful of vinegar or eating an apple are both good natural heartburn remedies. I usually just drink a glass of milk and thet helps. Try them all out and see what works for you.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and my heartburn is out of control. I try taking tums and rolaids but for some reason they make me very nauseous. Does anyone have any other remedies to get rid of heart burn? Any advice would be nice.

nutritional eating and exercise should be number one on your list. there are natural remedies that do help but it will take a lifestyle change to solve the problem entirely. I know that sounds pretty s uc k y but you would be amazed at what you can get use to and even start to enjoy. Try to eat more foods that are fresh. stay away from fast food all together. Micky D's is your enemy! instead of vegi oil, use olive oil. Use real butter but with very small portions and not every meal.

Ok so ive had heartburn/acid reflux so bad my dr put me on Pantoprazole, well ive been having stomach issues since i started it so she told me to try a few days without it to c if it was the cause of my stomach issues, well now i have heartburn so bad i wanna cry, do any of u know heartburn remedies that i can try that r obviously safe for my son?

My most helpful things: 1) Anti-inflamatory diet. Can't say enough good about this. No stabbing pain since the diet change. I have lost 10 lbs. and feel really good. 2) Pro-biotics. 40 bucks at a health food store. Re-introducing all the good bacteria that the anti-biotics destroyed along with the bad. I feel like it is restoreing my immune system. 3) Calcium Benzonite Clay. (or healing clay) also from a Health Food Store. Applied to the breast like a poltice. Draws the infection out.

Warm milk helps me alot. And my bf works at a health food store. An they do have all naturals for heartburn. They help sooooo much.

Try tums for heartburn they are safe during pregnancy and zofran is a b class drug and is considered somewhat safe during pregnancy but there also has been birth defects but if you can't keep anything down then I would take the chance. Try gingerale and crackers first before putting your baby in any possible harm but if you can't keep anything down I think it would be worth taking zofran to stop the vomiting.

i have no information about emphotab or hismatax, but i have two friends one with BOOP and another with very bad asthma. they both took from a israeli man that is originally from india a natural remedy that have improved there lung function drastically. my friend with BOOP had lung function of 26% and within 2 1/2 months her lung fuction rose to 44% and she doesn't need her oxygen tank.
