Dinner: - Stir fried chicken with vegetables and soya sauce and cream of mushroom soup followed with a cocktail juice drink. I typically will nibble on some chocolate bars in between (1 or 2 MAX) and lots of water.

I would think of chocolate and sweat and shake. The one thing I have not done, is lower my fat intake. I still consume the same fat I was consuming in 2007. I have full fat milk in my tea. Avatar f tn Sometimes it takes days to see results, so try to stick with it. Also check your diet. Are you eating greasy foods? Fried foods? Chocolate? Lots of dairy? Sometimes they make it worse.

Avatar n tn If she's allergic to milk, you're not doing her any favors by loading her diet with dairy. Milk allergies are different from lactose intolerance - lactose-free or low-lactose dairy foods are not appropriate for a milk allergy (to milk protein). Avatar f tn made from oats,protien powder, peanut butter,almonds,milk, honey,chocolate, almonds and I decided to add in a multivitamin crushed into the flatjack mix. Isn't much fiber tho. Plan on eating around 2000 calories of the stuff daily. Would it be healthy eating this everyday? I do plan on eating other things like snacks and so on with water. Some details incase needed. Male 21 135pounds.
