m going through, and went through last night...right down to the old xanax. I had the same pain right at the bottom of my sternum, and also some pain just to the left of that area. Does thinking about the pain make it worse with time? Mine did, and I did the exact same thing you did...it eventually went away because the xanax knocked me out. (best sleep aid in the world I think) If you have gastritis like I do...
when i first started having my anxiety attacks i also had chest pain and even had pain in my left arm. so needless to say i was freaked out and always at the e.r. demanding e.k.g. those people new me by my first name hahahaha i hope everything works out for you if you need advice or want to talk this is the place for you we are good people here and we won't sugar coat anything if we've lived it we will share it so stay with us.

The leg pain has pretty much went away but the chest pain persists so the leg pain was obviously not related. The chest pain has been going on for so long now that I guess in some ways I'm getting used to it but it is still really frightening for me. It is really affecting my quality of life and making every day miserable. I'm scared to be alone because I'm afraid I will have a heart attack and not be able to call for help.
After doing so he says that his legs went numb and as the numbing sensation traveled up his legs, a pain crashed into his chest, and he was rushed to the ER. We already figure the blunt was laced with something else, but now my uncle has been dealing with the chest pain. The only thing that makes the pain go away is Xanax. I think I read about it somewhere. I had some pain in my left chest area and my left hand goes numb and it will be paining. It is not exactly numb but I feel so. Previously when I started taking it my dizziness will go after an hour I wake up. I dont know whether this is confusion or dizziness. I am pretty sure that this is confusion. Im a 24 yr old male, 205lbs, 6ft, cholesterol 245. I'm a very inactive person for about 4 years now, and I noticed that I can minor activities and be winded and have a fast heart rate that I can feel without putting my hand on my chest, and I also can feel it in my throat and everywhere else where you can feel your pulse. Just by walking up a flight of stairs I get super winded. I've been having recurrent localized left side chest pain for about 2 yrs now.
I still had problems breathing, dizziness, some pain in the chest but the Xanax seemed to make it subside and at least I could sleep. These problems caused me a lot of depression and I got very down about my situation. I felt like I was going crazy and the doctors just couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and I was afraid that I would drop dead. I was a bit overweight and still working a lot.

i have had it for two days now and have a heavy feeling in my chest, also i have on/off pain just above my ribs, this sent me into a massive panic attack and had to stop myself going to accident and emergency thinking i was having a heart attack, also during this time i have frequently been to the toilet and have been very gassy and have had indigestion also, was just wondering if anyone else experiences these symptoms
I was able to hold down the suboxone today,but I keep getting this awful pain across the lower part of my chest right under sternum area. Does anyone else get this? It is horrible,I can barely breathe and of course I get the bad anxiety with it. Just 10mins ago my neighbor got his pain pills and he owed me money just $100,but he asked if I wanted 15 blueberries instead. Twice today I was offered. I saw them and got that euphoric memory and said no I will take the money.
i am 40 yrs. old an have heart trouble,high blood pressure,thyroid disease,liver functions are high,and have herniated and buldging disc from Mva,and have been taking,methadone,lorcet,some,& xanax for 12 years,an i'm terrified,With my health and all the meds i take,would it be better to have an abortion?
He/she should have told you to call your doctor immediately. Any time there is chest pain involved, it should never be ignored. Benadryl WILL make you sleepy, but it sure won't save you from a heart attack.
I realize I may be scaring the daylights out of you. I don't think you had a stroke or a heart attack. You may have had an allergic reaction to the Lexapro, which then set off the alarms for panic and one of the most common symptoms of panic is chest pain.
