These all seemed to occur together especially when I was more fatigued at the end of a work day, so I suspected some systemic inflammatory condition may be the cause. I also had occasional chest pain and leg pain especially in the cold or at night. There were gradual but obvious changes in my legs with slight discoloration and swelling in the vessels in the legs, rare lightheadedness, mildly increasing fatigue and occasional sharp pains in the sides of my head.
I was informed that the small biopsy of the dark freckle on my forearm has come back as vasculitis. About a week prior to having this removed I had severe joint pain in every joint in my body and had a series of blodd tests done to test for lyme disease, rocky mt spotted fever, CMP, iron etc... The only thing that came back abnormal on my blood work was my AST/ALT because I have fatty liver disease (my numbers were 89 and 44 to be exact). As quickly as the pain came, it went away in 4 days.
Without fully evaluating your findings, I cannot say for sure what is happening with your chest pain, and what the cause of it is. However, pericarditis can cause chest pain, so it would be appropriate to ensure that you don’t have this as the reason your chest hurts. That said, the most common cause of chest pain in children and teens is chest wall pain.
I have been to around twenty doc and all of them have said something rheumalogical except for the rheum doctors. I have chest pain, neck and low back pain, hip, fingers, knees, feet, and toes have pain. i have heavy sweating spontaneously and my hands and feet stay cold. I have tingling in both legs and EMG test said i had chronic radiculopathy. I have jaw pain when chewing and i have had alot of headaches lately. I have alot of fatigue.

I have been experiencing mild to severe joint pain (depending on day), major fatigue and petechiae which started about 2 -3 months ago and is getting worse. The Dr. first told me it was allergies. For those patients who present with only vasculitis of the retinal vessels, great investigative effort (Chest X-ray, blood test, urinary analysis, vascular biopsy, ophthalmology assessment, etc.) should be undertaken to ensure that a systemic disease is not the hidden culprit.
yesterday i had a sudden allergic reaction where my face, chest and arms were covered in itchy hives, most of which were very hot to the touch. there was no apparent trigger. i took two benedryl and the hives began to subside, but today i have pimple-like, painful red spots where several of the biggest hives were. why did my hives turn into these? it's extrememly painful and embarrassing all over my face and arms....
t feel well and my head hurts really bad. Not a headache just pain in my head. I was just now seen by a nurologist who said that my pathology report showed CNS Vasculitis as the reason for the hemorrage in Oct. and that is very bad. He wants to look for any other secondary disease that may be causing this like Lupus. So I have done a Spinal Tap and blood work and will be doing a Brain Angiograph depending on these results. I am so bad today I can barely walk.
(i dont breath in allot at rest) This is mainly because when I get a certain amount of air in my lungs, my chest seems like it dosnet want anymore in, and that when I get that stretcy=-pain like feeling in my chest - solar plexus area. However, I can take a huge breath no problem, if I expand my shoulders..

Other than this you appear to be having some vascular problems, such as vasculitis, that could be compromising the blood flow. Vasculitis can cause erectile dysfunction by compromising the blood flow to penis during erection. Vasculitis can also compromise the peristalsis, digestion and absorption from gut. With time the patient starts suffering from nutrional deficiencies, skin discoloration, cognitive problems, confusion etc. These conditions cause elevated ESR, CRP and positive pANCA.
I have vasculitis in my left eye and I had an abnormal chest xray. Ct guided biopsy was negative for cancer. Dr Foster (as featured on Mystery Diagnosis TLC network) tentatively thought it was sarchoid but my pulmonologist says it isn't. All my other tests were negative except for a slightly elevated ana of 1:80. I have so far been less than confident in the diagnoses. I am of the understanding that it is rare to have a highly positive c-anca but be negative for pr3.
they are localized to the left side of my chest and feel like a sharp pain from front to back. sometimes they seem to be random, but are definitely brought on by exercise. i walk quite a bit, and that usually does not bring the pains on, but running definitely does, even if only for less than thirty minutes, id say get chest pains every few days, sometimes a lot of days in a row, and some times i wont get any for a few weeks, but they are pretty regular.
Still hoping to talk to someone who has Wegeners Granulomatosis, Polyarteritis Nodosa or Necrotizing Vasculitis. I would like to discuss symptoms, testing, and diagnosis. thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 18. I have vasculitis(which i believe is unrelated to my problem). I don't go to the doctor often. I have been diagnosed with genetic migraines. But i have had some kind of headache(ranging from minor to severe) at some point in the day every day since i was young. Its almost second nature to me. But since i was about 11 i have been experiencing lightheadedness,and dizzy spells,blackouts and temporary blindness and deafness in my right eye and ear. No one can tell me why.
I've been in severe upper rt chest and abdomenal pain for 4+ yrs. Had pancreatits 3x plus the same pains all my life. But now it is destroying my life. had to stop work 2 yrs ago. Pain is like a baseball thrown at me full speed is now lodged into my chest. goes dee[ but also felt on top of chest. Ziphroid swollen, ribs hurt, abdomen swoollen like 8 mos pregnant. Daily fevers, hemangioma in my fibrotic liver. Cysts on ovaries, Dysmenorea, severe pms 3- 4 wks a month.
