It is more under the nipple to left side of my chest and left arm sometimes. I also get pain in my back sort of between shoulder blades when it is really bad. I have had ekg, reads normal ,BP 123/87 no shortness of breath. My cholesterol levels, bad cholesterol was below slightly do not remember exact number. Good cholesterol was slightly higher than normal but was told that helps to fight coronery disease.I do not have insurance and both my wife and I recently lost our jobs.
its been little over a year i been having pain in my chest (left side) right above the nipples. some times i also feel burning kind of pain in my back (Right behind where it hurts from front). Funny thing is i cannot simulate pain when i rub or press the Spot, but internally i feel kind of soreness or maybe discomfort.
i went to many different doctor and did blood tests, ECG, Sonogram of heart , but everything came out normal.
I have been having light chest pain on the left side along with tingling in left arm. I am 28 yr old and akways been healthy. dont smoke or drink. This has happen off and on for three days. when it comes on i feel like I have a lump in my throut and its hard to swollow along with dizziness and trouble focusing eyes. Not sure if it could be stress or is it something more?

I can hear and understand that you are very frustrated and the "not knowing what is wrong" part can make one feel depressed and anxious at times.
Typical heart pains, funny enough, will not be at the left side of your chest. It sounds like you have a nerve that is stuck somewhere and have you ever considered seing a Neurologist for an MRI? I am talking out of experience...
Close to 2 hours after my last drink while i was dancing, i discovered a very sharp stabbing like pain on the left side of my chest. As soon as this happened I rushed outside and my friends followed with a glass of water. After a couple of minutes with this pain, i also started getting a shortness of breath followed by me getting dizzy and my body had started shaking. My friends immediately rushed me to the nearest hospital.
On Nov 29 I wrote to you about my youngest son (16) who was complaining of chest pain and subsequently of weakness in the left side of his body. I called his pediatrician and she had me take him to the emergency room to have him checked out. After running several tests, including blood test and a Head CT w/contrast. Every test result was normal, but his white blood cells where a little low which the hospital thought might be caused by a slight viral infection.
okay hers the question over the last couple of months once in a while I get a sharp pain under my left chest muscle almost on my side, it only last a second or 2. usually I am siting down. It hasnt happen while I have been active. there are no other symptoms . I take my bp right after it happens and its is122/ 82 paulse 83, my doctor says it a typical chest pain and not to worry . well I am worried what do you think.

Im a 24 yr old male, 205lbs, 6ft, cholesterol 245. I'm a very inactive person for about 4 years now, and I noticed that I can minor activities and be winded and have a fast heart rate that I can feel without putting my hand on my chest, and I also can feel it in my throat and everywhere else where you can feel your pulse. Just by walking up a flight of stairs I get super winded. I've been having recurrent localized left side chest pain for about 2 yrs now.
I have been having horrible chest pain for four years now and it feels like knives stabbing into my chest. At first it was only on my left side and would last a couple of seconds to an hour. Now it has obviously gotten much worse at will last up to two days at a time, and ocassionally on my right side as well. When this happens I generally have a pain that is also in my left shoulder - same feeling just like a knife stabbing me.

Now yesterday I had a really pinching pain on my cheat right side that radiates to my whole arm and also right under the arm it also radiates a little to my right side ,it is like pressure at times and I feel my arm tingling all the way down .

I'm not 100% sure if this is neurology related or not but I can't seem to get help.
For over a month now I've been experiencing what I would say is dizziness/lightheadedness. It's not that the room is spinning but my head feels shaky when I do things or just move my head side to side. Right now I'm getting a headache in the top/back/left side of my head, and some kind of pressure in my forehead.
Hello! I have been having a dull aching pain in my chest mainly left side, back pain and some occasional arm pain. I do have GERD and had my gallbladder out in 2003. I saw my doc and she thinks its just a flare up of GERDs but has set me up to have a stress echo. I am driving myself nuts wondering is the heart related, am i ignoring signs of a heart condition. My doc doesnt seem so worried but i have small children and cant help but wonder am i taking the right measures promptly.
