After i stop running, i cant take deep breaths without this stabbing
pain at the top of my
chest, and as a result of trying to breathe harder i end up coughing, and sometimes i cough up mucus like i have a cold. Also, right at the time the chest pains happen, i start feeling dizzy, like im dehydrated. Hours after i have stopped running, i still have extremely minor pains when breathing normally. This usually continues for a week or two.
